It does not say Jesus is the invisible God, but the image of the invisible God.

It also says the invisible God that makes stuff fully indwells the firstborn from the dead(Jesus).

This firstborn concept gives the man Christ Jesus, preeminence(human preexistence).

Or, the baby(son) will in the future, after his resurrection, be called the Father?

This is because the Father will in the resurrection of the son, completely fill the son with every bit of the Spirit of the Father.

This makes the son, the Father by default.

where does scripture exclude infants?

Read the logic of my previous reply:

babies cannot partake of that burial, that death to self because they have no notion of dying to self or being buried with Christ so how can you count what you do to infants as baptism?

And nowhere in scripture does it actually, in so many words, include infants. But logically an infant cannot repent. An infant cannot die to self. And neither can an infant seek forgiveness of sin. Look at the logic.

Yes, this is just one of the many reasons why the Roman Catholic Church is just silly. Dressing up in holy garments is another one that just always rubbed me the wrong way about the RCC, too. Well, the OT (Old Testament) was different, but they still treat the NT as if it is the New Covenant. Then they mix in idolatry into the mix and say it is Christian? The RCC is obviously false for anyone who simply just reads their Bible and asks God for the understanding on it. The only way a person is Catholic is if they have been taught that or they have idolatrous leanings.
