Okay a reality, but babies cannot partake of that burial, that death to self because they have no notion of dying to self or being buried with Christ so how can you count what you do to infants as baptism?not a symbol but reality
All born again of the Spirit Christians are part of the Royal Priesthood with Jesus as our High Priest. Because the curtain to the Holy of Holys was torn from top to bottom when Jesus died it has given all those who receive Jesus the right to approach the Father's throne with confidence. We do not need an intermediary when we have Jesus.the definition of a priest is one who offers sacrifice
The CC has a strong hold on you . PS , i said IF the early church did it we do it . Its why i also got baptized .Protestant:
faith alone
Catholic:
faith and baptism
scripture:
Mk 16:16 faith and baptism
you’re understanding is unbiblical!
I know i say this often but allow me to say it again . Let no man , woman or childRoman Catholic fantasy that leads to death.
KJV Romans 12:1the definition of a priest is one who offers sacrifice

But you just stay glued to that dangerous place .
KJV Romans 12:1
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
The baby/son is the Father?[QUOTE="Truther, post: 1259047, member
Now say Jesus is not divine!
Isa. 9:6-7 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given(present tense) and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.(future tense)
7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
Lk 1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
The baby/son is the Father?
Or, the baby(son) will in the future, after his resurrection, be called the Father?
This is because the Father will in the resurrection of the son, completely fill the son with every bit of the Spirit of the Father.
This makes the son, the Father by default.
I see per scripture the Father creating everything by, for and through His human son.Where in Scripture do you see the Truth?
Does it say the 3rd person created stuff?1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

I am glad to see the RCC gives Phillip the option of immersion.Mary said the following, “And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour” (Luke 1:47).
Nobody who is sinless needs a Savior.
