Yes, "the realization" they are living in the wrong body.
In the same way that they were born with a birth sex, they were also born with the time bomb of gender dysphoria.
Eventually the realization will come to them. And it may be mild, or it may be strong.
And it doesn't help them much to diagnose them as having a demon.
We see a range of estrogen and testosterone levels in people we encounter every day.
Effeminate males and butch females. Both with the associated psychological issues.
Men who feel that they will never measure up to the standard of maleness.
And women who don't see much hope in ever attracting a man.
I have heard testimonies of young Christian women realizing in their teens that they have same-sex attraction.
In the past I was helping a church group focusing on life-controlling issues. Men confided that their
same-sex attraction issues never went away. Obviously, acting on a same-sex attraction is sin.
But we need to understand that these things are real.
