PART 1

On this thread, which may take several days to complete, I am going to show from Scripture what happens after Jesus returns and defeats Satan, the antichrist, and False prophet, Abysses Satan and casts the antichrist and false prophet into the lake of fire.

I understand scripture using the literal/historical/grammatical hermeneutic and accept that when Scripture uses symbols, the bible itself defines those symbols or apocalyptic visions. I will not always be chronological, but will seek to keep it topical. Having said that Let me begin. Also, I will just list teh verses , to keep the posts under the 10,000 word limit.

THE BASIS FOR THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS.

Lev:26:40-42, Jer. 3:11-18, Hosea 5:15 Israel as a nation must confess 1 iniquity (The national rejection of Jesus as Messiah in Matt. 12)

Zech 12:10 mourn for the one they pierced.

Matt. 23:37-39 Cry Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!

As is stated in REv. 12, The antichrist will go after Christians and Jews to commit genocide. Israel is to flee as stated in Matt. 24 and Rev. 12 to a place prepared for her. It is known as Bozrah and Petra. This is where the antichrist will march after He gathers his forces at Armageddon and marches to destroy the Jews, He does this for his father knows if he can destroy the jews, there will be no Jews left to cry blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!

This is brought out in Isaiah:

Isaiah 63

King James Version

63 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat?
3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.
4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.
5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.
6 And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.

The region of Petra is in Edom, which is modern day Jordan. Jer. 49:13-14, Is. 34:1-7, Hab. 3:3, Micah 2:12-13, Judges 4:4-5 Seir, Paran, and Edom are all around Petra.

It is at the end of the 7 year tribulation that the nation of Israel as a nation gets saved.
Hos. 6:1-3, Joel 2:28-32, zech 13:7-9

Jesus fights the armies of the antichrist from Petra all the way back to the kidron valley: Joel 3:12-13, Rev. 14:19-20, Jer. 49:20-22

Jesus then ascends the mount of olives: Zech 114: 3-4a.

THE SEVENTY FIVE DAY INTERVAL:

In the book of Daniel, in chapter 12 we see the second half of the trib (the taking away of the sacrifice and the abomination set up) which is 1260 days as also spoken of in Daniel 9 and implied in Rev. 12 and Matt. 24. But Daniel 12 speaks of 1290 days (30 days longer) and then those blessed who last to the 1335 days( 75 days). Does the bible speak of what happens in the first 30 days after and then the 75 days? It does.

30 days to remove the abomination from the temple Dan.12:11

Tossing the Antichrist and false prophet alive into th elake of fire Rev. 19:20
Tossing Satan into the Abyss Rev. 20:3
Judgment of the nations (gentiles) Joel 3:1-3, Matt25:31-45
Resurrection of OT saints Is. 26:19, Dan 12:2
Resurrection of the tribulation saints Rev. 20: these comprise the first resurrection named in Rev. 20::5-6

Part One describes where and why Jesus returns, the campaign of Armageddon, no battle is actually fought there, it is just the place where the antichrist marshalls his forces teh same way teh allied marshalled their forces in England for D-Day, and things to take place in the seventy five days after jesus returns.

Part 2 to come.

You might as well admit defeat. My understanding is that the Gathering of the Kings of the earth at the place called Armageddon will occur in around 20 years' time. Christ told the parable that when Israel sees a King dealing with the nations at Armageddon that they will consider whether with their army whether they too can defeat this king and His army but will instead they will send a delegation to seek out the terms of peace that this King will accept from Israel.

This same judging of the kings of the earth is recorded in Isaiah 24:21-22 and in that prophecy, we are told, God will also judge the Heavenly hosts, and the judged kings of the earth and the heavenly hosts will be gathered and imprisoned for many days to await the time of their punishment in a pit, described in the Book of Revelation as the Bottomless Pit.

Actually, it is the Little Horn that gathers the kings of the earth at Armageddon for a final push to trample God's Sanctuary and His earthly Hosts, but the allotted time for the Little Horn to use armies to trample both the sanctuary and the earthly hosts will have been completed and instead the Isaiah 24:21-22 prophecy will happen after which, according to Daniel 7 Christ, as the Son of Man, will be given dominion over all the peoples of the earth and a Kingdom that God will establish at this time, such that all the people of the earth should worship Him. Christ then sets up a Priestly rule, in heaven, (my understanding from scripture), with which to rule the peoples of the earth until the end of the Seventh Age.

After the first 1,000 years of the seventh age has past, the Bottomless Pit will be unlocked and will release the imprisoned kings of the earth, the beasts, the False Prophet/Little Horn and Satan for a little while period of probably around 20 - 24 years duration during which Satan with his army will march over all of the earth to finally arrive at Jerusalem where Satan, the Beast and the False Prophet will be captured and dispatched into the Lake of fire.

Then Christ will descend with all the Heavenly hosts to judge mankind as to whether they are righteous or not. Those that are not righteous will also be dispatched into the Lake of Fire while the Righteous will inherit the whole earth and enter into eternity.

Based on my understanding above, I believe that your premises are flawed.

Shalom

This is an intensive study with much Scripture.

Before one says these are fulfilled, you must show when historically it was. You cannot say something is fulfilled as a fact and not show when.

Any questions and disagreements I will go back and answer. I hope all enjoyed this study and benefitted from the Scriptures provided.

This is what the kingdom of the saints will look like on earth for them that are in it.

Deuteronomy 28
28 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:

2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.

3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.

4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.

6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

7 The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.

8 The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

9 The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.

10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.

11 And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

12 The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:

14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

As for 2 Peter- that is after teh Millennial kingdom. There are numerous OT promises of God that will be fulfilled in the 1000 year kingdom whjere the trib saints co-reign with Jesus.

As for 2 thess 1? You are mistaken. One when is a preposition and the other is a conjunction and while the construct gives a strong implication of simultaneousness (of which I agree) it is not mandated. Besides this takes place on earth at the great white throne judgment wehen all accounts will be paid in full.

If you mean the NT, it is because God made all His promises to Israel in the old to be fulfilled at a future date and the promises to the church are made in the new which are to be fulfilled at a later date as far as prophetic promises go.

You are not understanding what God's "longsuffering" is applied to, or when:
2Pet.3
[9] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
[15] And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;

You have a question about the Lord's Glorious, sudden return, and what will take place, "when" He returns "in flaming [fiery] fire?
Jesus makes it very plain in Luke 17:28-30.

Ever since Jesus came in mortal flesh, the Judgment of God is and has always been: John 3:18. See also Rev. 20:15.

It won't be on Earth, and already has been.

It will be on Earth, and it hasn't already been.

The saint's reign will be on the Earth not from heaven:

Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the EARTH.

Second coming:

Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

The verb RULE here is in the future tense so it happens after the events of Armageddon are completed.

45 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.
And you misunderstand the word nation here. It is a singular people in teh future and that people is Israel. god will fulfill His promises to Israel. He came teh first time to announce that very kingdom to Israel.

They rejected it and now God is calling out a people for Jesus. when that is done, god returns His attention to His eternally covenanted people Israel.

So you're saying that the verse actually reads "...The kingdom of God shall be taken from you and given to you".

Explain how the chief priests and Pharisees would bring forth the fruits of the Kingdom of God taken from them.

There is only one nation who brings forth the fruits of the Kingdom of God.

It is not the apostate nation of the zionist antichrist.

It is the Holy Nation of the Church of God.

1 Peter 2
5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

His Chosen People of His Everlasting New Covenant.

Hebrews 13
20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant

Q. Who did you think that the fire is that came DOWN from out of heaven", as shown in KJV Rev. 20:7-9
[7] And WHEN the [figurative] thousand years [of God's longsuffering] are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
[8] And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog [all the unsaved], to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
[9] And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the  CAMP of the [temporarily mortal] saints about, and the beloved city [that now is the church]: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

A. It is Jesus Who comes down, from out of heaven.

Q. When will that be??

A
. When... when is "WHEN".
KJV 2 Thes. 1:7-10

[7] And to you who are troubled rest with us, WHEN
the Lord Jesus
shall be REVEALED from heaven with his mighty angels,
[8] In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
[9] Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

[10] WHEN
he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in THAT DAY.

Luke 17:28-30
[28] Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
[29] But the SAME DAY that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. [all In 24 hours, as witnessed by Abraham also in that day].
[30] EVEN THUS shall it be in the day [all in 24 hours] "WHEN" the Son of man is REVEALED.
