Acts 10:46 For they heard them speaking in tongues and praising God
I take this to mean that the praising God was understood by the circumcised believers. (not tongues)
Otherwise it would have only needed to say "speaking in tongues".
Are you claiming that speaking in tongues is NOT "real-life foreign languages"? (whatever that means)

Real-life foreign languages? As opposed to what? (the tongues of angels?)How would they of the circumcision know Cornelius' household was praising
God unless the tongues they spoke were real-life foreign languages?
