I'm not sure if you understand the question. I'm asking what's the benefit of Jesus being God? Why have a god-man? You seem to be responding with the Bible says he is.
I understood the question. You had to first understandJesus was God so to then understand 1 John 3:8,
1 Timothy 2:3, 2 Peter 1:1,

Hosea 13:4

Jesus being God was the propitiation for our sins. He took what seperated us,sin, from God upon himself on the cross and paid the price for all flesh by giving up his own. And reunite us with the father.
"For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” (2 Corinthians 5:21)

I can't get anyone to answer this honest question. All I get back is because the Bible says so. But there must be a reason for it. What is it? Here I will give you a reason why he had to be a man.

Romans says a man (Adam) caused sin to enter into the world, and also that a man would have to redeem it from sin. Romans 5:15 says “For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.” The Bible specifically says that a man must do it. The book of Corinthians makes the same point Romans does when it says “For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead” (1 Corinthians 15:21).

Now it's your turn. Anyone?

John 1:1
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

John 1:14
"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

If you can't see that Jesus Christ is God from these 2 verses, then you can explain that to God when you meet Him.

Good Luck!

Is Jesus mentioned in those verses?

“Jesus” was a man who lived and died around two thousand years ago. That man was not there in the beginning. There is a distinction between what is physical versus what is spiritual. Many (most) Christians try to conflate these two and end up with a muddled mess that they then gloss over for comfort.

Why don't you explain to us how the Word is not Christ!

Do it with scripture the same way I did.

Because if the Word is Christ, your theology falls to the ground!

Natural, as.in ..the way God designed conception and reproduction. There is no place in scripture that says we are to reproduce by going to a doctor to have eggs and sperm extracted and produce a baby in a dish. ...or any other way they do it. It is unnatural. God created our bodies with the ability to reproduce His way.

there is only two ways, either natural or spiritual. regardless of rather the Bible says to go to the doctor or not.

There are some of you here who are teaching from another spirit, teaching another Christ.

Leading the simple away from the deity of Christ to another Gospel.

You know who you are, and we know who you are!

Wow a tadpole into a egg, you think the size of the syringe matters lol
A syringe is NOT NATURAL.

This is ridiculous and a pointless distraction ....and off topic. Done.

s “For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead” (1 Corinthians 15:21).

Now it's your turn. Anyone?

“for since by man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead.”

1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

since by man came death
By a man also came the resurrection of the dead
Curious what 1 Corinthians 15:47 Means to you?

The first man is of the earth, earthy:
the second man is the Lord from heaven.

Point is …in quoting that through man came death. How also through man came the resurrection of the dead.
Comparing one man to another man …to prove a point about “man” how is one man from earth, and one Man is the Lord from heaven? What is “man” or “Man”: are we comparing that Man the Lord from heaven to that of the man from earth …the word suggests not all flesh is the same?

“Christ” simply means anointed one. The word (of God) IS the anointing. Jesus (the man) was the anointed one.
See the difference?

the Lord from heaven?

not many “man” Lords
Lower themselves through death, that others might be made Alive and Live. That kind of makes Him King of all: King of kings, Lord of lords…at least in my opinion. Born from Above.

Christ in you.
I don’t personally know any (earth) man that has the power given to fill you with their Spirit, except the second man the Lord from Heaven. Romans 8:9-10 But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. [10] And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Comparing the first “man” to the second “Man” is like comparing That which was born first and of the flesh; to that which is second and of the Spirit. It is like comparing that life before being born Anew, with that life after being born Anew. Like comparing Saul and Paul…radical difference there (Imo)

the second “man” is a quickening (Life giving) Spirit. Of no benefit?

Interesting that you capitalize "man" when referring to 1 Corinthians. I wonder why? Yes he is the Lord from heaven because he came from God. When Moses said the manna came down from heaven? Did that mean the food was God?

No! I don't see what you are saying.

John gives the identity of the Word, it is a person! That is crystal clear.

The "Word" refers to the Creator and is linked to the Eternal Logos.

It is without doubt a person.
