I want to thank everyone who participated in this thread. ​

And also did so in every thread on this site by way of asking and answering the question:

What are we doing?​

Those who are in Christ know who they are. And they're probably still here thinking this is where God wants them.

However, forums are not the church. And the church is not forums.

We the Holy Spirit faith filled re-born anointed of and by God,are.
Where two or three are gathered in His name there is He among us also.

So, would we speak to one another as we do if this were a large room and all of us were physically present together with Yeshua?

A question I can answer easily.
No!

One fact held in common and amid all busy,highly active, Christian discussion boards is that they are atheist and Troll,magnets.

Those that are less active often close. They also tend to enforce strict rules that intend to quash instigators.

We know this because many atheists and or Trolls are here. And under more than one name.

Yeshua knows our names.

While we can be led to reply to the natural minds that bait us here, it is easy to think we are lashing out as Yeshua did when confronted by those Devils who put him on trial,illegally.

What we're really doing though is proving what those who bait us to do so,to respond in kind to their barbs, is to elicit from us proof,in their mind, that we are hypocrites. Who don't practice what Yeshua preached.

We're not perfect as Christians.

Though blessedly we are forgiven.
And while Yeshua was wholly a Jewish man he was also our Holy divine Father God. The Word made flesh who dwelt among us.

Can you imagine witnessing that live? In His time?

Yet,here we are in this one.

And more than three are gathered.
And Yeshua God sees us.

I'm a bit embarrassed,recalling some of my postings.

What are we doing here? In any forum like this?

Community?Peace?Love?Charity?

We debate!

Yeahua was The Great I Am.

And we are each one intent on proving I am....right!

About whatever it is we decide to discuss in most any forum. Especially those attached to Scripture.

Review your own posts. Does it appear you know scripture? Or,does it appear you like to argue? While using the scriptures.

Maybe something to think about.

So now the thread title takes a step to ask,after all these postings offered as answer to the OP.

What's the point?

What are we doing (here)?
What's the point?

Do you feel uplifted when you close this sites browser window?

Or,do you feel drained? Mad? Sad?

Are you taking a breath so to think how to come back on someone's post?

Does that feel like living in the Christ relationship?
He suffered. Should we? When joining a community claiming his name?
