They are not the same thing. A "leader child" is a specific child. "A child will lead" is not. It could be any non specified child.Same thing. Why would a child lead animals in the NHNE?
As far as marriage in the new earth; most say there will not be marriage based on Matt 22:30. While I'm not 100% sure about marriage, I am hesitant to build a doctrine on one verse. For one thing, it says we will be like the angels in heaven. But we will not be in heaven but on the earth and we will have bodies like Jesus' body. I'm not sure how the two ideas can coexist. I'm not saying the scriptures are wrong of course. I'm just saying I don't understand all of them, and this is one of those areas.There are no marriages and all are immortal. Obviously the verse is not set in the NHNE.
I'd be interested to get your take on Isaiah 65:17-25 ( note verse 20 mentions children) as well as who you think the child is in Isaiah 11:6. I don't recall you having said who you think it is. Like I said, I'm unsure so I can't really debate the point. Just curious as to what you think.
