To think that all of the world's armies will literally gather at one location is ludicrous. You are missing the symbolism in the most highly symbolic book in all of scripture. Your literal approach to interpreting the book is utterly ridiculous. Armageddon isn't a literal earthly place just as the Babylon reference in Revelation is not the literal earthly Babylon referenced elsewhere in scripture and "Gog and Magog" referenced in Revelation 20:8 are not the literal earthly Gog and Magog.
Armageddon is not all the world's armies as we know them today.
Armageddon are the armies of the ten kings, who will not even be known until after the Second Coming. Armageddon represents the last of humanity alive on the earth after Satan's 42 month empire.
Revelation 17:12-14
"And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful."
Why would that one hour not be the gathering at Armageddon? Revelation 16:14-16
"For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon."
BTW, the "He" in the last verses is referring to God. God gathers all humanity to Armageddon. It will be the winepress of God's wrath where the last of Adam's offspring will all be removed from Adam's dead corruptible flesh.
Are these kings still the same 10 horns? How many different sets of humans and kings can be killed in this 42 month period, ending at Armageddon? Revelation 13:5-7
"And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations."
Satan and and the FP will overcome the saints for 42 months. Then whatever armies are left after 42 months gather at Armageddon, and are defeated by Jesus, the Lamb. Millions will die in these last 42 months, even though you deny they take place after the 7th Trumpet and Second Coming. Billions were already removed by Jesus and His angels, including the church between the 6th Seal and the 7th Thunder. The 7th Trumpet is the last event, not an event prior to the 4th Seal. Then there are still 3.5 years of woe, and the Abomination of Desolation between the sounding of the 7th Trumpet and the 7 vials of God's wrath. Those 42 months are the 3rd woe attached to the 7th Trumpet.
The 7 vials are not events. They are God's judgments of wrath after the 42 months are over, on mystery Babylon.
