Paul stated we put off Adam's corruptible image and put on God's permanent image. We literally become the sons of God.Gave you verses. Can not understand for you and not interested in your elementary wonderings and silliness of what mortal means.
Paul stated we put off Adam's corruptible image and put on God's permanent image. We literally become the sons of God.
If you want to just be a mythological Greek immortal then so be it.
In the Millennium there will be no "mortals" and no "immortals" living on the earth.
The resurrection in Revelation 20:4 states neither as a result. Those resurrected are no longer in Adam's dead corruptible flesh. Nor are they glorified as sons of God. They are still humans able to give birth to offspring.
@Taken 1 Corinthians 15 is also a helpful, key passage about the Resurrection and the body.Don’t pin your garbage on me.
Patently False.
You prove yourself out of whack.
The Resurrection follows the Millennial Reign.
You said Human (which ARE mortals) are not present during the Millennial reign, but POOF are present during the Resurrection.
Fascinating where do “Living Human mortals” hide out OFF THE EARTH, during the millennial reign, and magically Appear on Earth Having offsprings during the Resurrection?
Your teaching is not Scriptural.
Not according to the bible. Adam was created alone, God made animals and helpmeets but they weren't suitable so lastly he made Eve.
Gen 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
Gen 2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
Now you’re nit picking my words to try and disprove scripture? So, let me specify.Not according to the bible. Adam was created alone, God made animals and helpmeets but they weren't suitable so lastly he made Eve.

Adam was created first. Eve was created after Adam. Gen 1:26-27 show male and female were created on the 6th day. The Lord rested after all was good and finished on the 7th day. If you say Adam was created on the 6th day and not Eve, who was the women referred to in those 2 verses?
According to the bible, Adam was created after the 7th day.
ERROR!
@Taken Trust is a key, indeed. Proverbs 3.5.The Pre-Trib Rapture
OP ^
@marks sharing reflections...
Since the beginning man has suffered Satan’s and mans tribulations.
Post told and forward of Gods Two great Tribulations, intended to suffer those upon the face of the Earth with wrath.
First Passed.
1) Few Saved (8) exact.
2) 7 days secured from Tribulation (Gen 7:4 / Gen 7:10)
3) saved were Lifted up above the earth (Gen 7:17)
Second Yet to Pass.
1) Few Saved (?) unknown.
2) 7 years secured from Tribulation (Rev 14:5, Rev 12:6)
3) saved Shall be Lifted up above the earth (1 Thes 4: 16-17)
Not only should we expect a similar manner, but we are expressly told...
Ecc 1:
[9] The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
Oddly strange men have a silent heart and negative lip service when the simplicity of Gods Word reveals the Lord God is not angry, or instigate the Lambs, Satan or God Wrath upon those WITH Him.
Unsettling to hear the utter hatefulness Against those who Trust and Hold the Lord Gods Word is Truth.
Glory to God,
Taken
Read it for yourself:
Gen 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
Gen 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
Gen 2:6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Gen 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
Gen 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
Gen 2:10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.
Gen 2:11 The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold;
Gen 2:12 And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.
Gen 2:13 And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia.
Gen 2:14 And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.
Gen 2:15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
Gen 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Gen 2:25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
Agree. Funny how many itty bitty things men wholeheartedly trust, yet hem and haw when it comes to Trusting Scripture.
@Taken I smiled at the reference to tattoo needles; not quite sure I followed your train of thought........ :)Ya know, via electronics, say you work and hour from home, and remotely start your oven, but the igniter fails for 20 min, but gas is released, or men were working on the gas lines, and oops fire breaks out. Who cares...sort of insurance to the rescue and stinking, inconvenient mess? Suppose I am overly cautious...you know like those tat needles....LOLjust messing with you.
Yes.Thank you! Is this the one you normally use?
I definitely do not agree that this is an accurate translation. Those words don't appear.
Much love!
@Taken Oh I see; thank-you! so as regards trust, you would tend to trust electronic devices, generally speaking, but you would not have enough trust in the needles in a tattoo machine - even if the aesthetics of the tattoo design itself were viewed as generally positive.Trusting. (Electronics, needles to puncture skin, sterile, etc.)
