The subject of the evils of homosexuality, lesbianism, transgenderism and what other varieties are out there - all of them are an abomination and deviation from God's creation, and must addressed! Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards (D) has been hit with a lawsuit by Attorney General Jeff Landry and a Republican lawmaker over his plans to add the COVID-19 shot to the school vaccine requirement list.

The Associated Press reported that Landry and Bossier City Rep. Raymond Crews filed the lawsuit one day after Edwards let the state’s House know that he plans to defy them by mandating that all students either get the COVID-19 shots before the start of the 2022-23 school year, or file paperwork to opt-out of getting the vaccine.

Landry fired back by claiming that this mandate would be unconstitutional, as the constitution states that lawmakers have the power to enact laws rather than the governor.

“The Louisiana Constitution grants the governor the power only to enforce the law, not to make it,” the lawsuit stated.
