A follow-up to my Bibliolatry topic. Doctrine becomes an idol when it is used to support tribalism and cause division in the Body of Christ. Since doctrinal unity is impossible, allowing others to hold their own doctrinal opinions may be the only way to prevent division. ]

i can ask a ton of people if they are born again and do they beleive in Jesus the CHRIST and they gonna say YES .
but upon examination of what they do to the gospel and to HIS words , ITS DARN CLEAR THEY AINT .

You are confusing perfect with God's desire to treat those that walk after the Spirit as though they are literally perfect before Him.

One should not be willingly and knowingly engaging in any sinful behavior at all... and that does not mean they are perfect in the literal sense.

If I'm having supper and I spill my ice tea... that proves I'm not perfect in the literal sense because the Lord never spilled his drink at supper, or had an accidents working as a craftsman before He went in to ministry, nor did He make any mistakes at all... not even little ones like dropping things.

If he did make mistakes then He wouldn't have been perfect which would have made Him blemished which was not the case. He's the only man that was ever perfect in the literal sense as in not making mistakes... but, for us if we abide in Christ being led by the Holy Spirit based on God's Word and are not willingly and knowingly engaging in any sinful behavior at all... then the Lord will see us and treat us as though were are perfect and upright before Him.

But... walking after the flesh is not a mistake, no... that's sinful behavior and those harping about others tell them they should not engage in sinful activity are usually the ones that have some secret sin they are trying to keep hide such as drinking booze, watching porn, gambling, lusting sexually, etc, etc.

Galatians 5:16
Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

Romans 8:13
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

What makes us children of God is IF we answer the Father's call to abide in Christ having turned away from our old life of sin and walk with Him in newness of life

Built into the evangelical mindset is this singular route to "heaven". (whatever that means)
If you don't do it their way, you are still "lost". (whatever that means)
This means the condemnation of every Christian outside of evangelicalism.

I think in addition to what I stated above, the church has used fear tactics cement their control of members.
Believer = heaven
Unbeliever = hell

You either accept EVERYTHING they provided for doctrine, or you are toast.
This is why so many on the forum think that salvation is through doctrine.

What about JESUS . who warned them to rather Fear HE who has power to cast both body and soul into
what was that word again , OH YEAH HELL . you all want to preach a false version and refuse to behold
the severity of GOD , which in trun has produced a false version of goodness , a fake love
that wont correct sin , wont correct unbelief , but rather strengthens the hand of the wicked
by promising them life . NONE does return from his wicked false religoin
for pope francis and interfaith has promised them life as IS .
They all cliam to preach GODS words , HIS LOVE

IF their heart is not right they gonna see exactly what they want to see and it wont be THE TRUTH . some truths but NOT the truth .
The key still remains , THIS GENERATION NEEDS to get in the bible for themselves .
As far as the some versions , I WOULD NOT HEED the JW version or a few newer ones either .
BUT if one truly wants to learn , THEY NEED BUT PRAYER TO GOD and just love and embrace what is written .
SURE one is not gonna understand at first , but in time they will .
MEN are fleecing these flocks friend . an agenda is at work and most seem to be
either in full support of it , or in part are already being influenced by it .
NOW its bible time friend . You dont need a PHD and wise scholar , YOU JUST NEED GOD
HE will teach us what many men no longer do , THE TRUTH .

But Jesus did not save one for their Carnal rights too Sin ?

Did Jesus Save the Devil himself ?
No Jesus just called him out and exposed such for who the Devil truly was and is in fact ! Just a Tempter ! and because of the Stain of Original Sin, This is the key to the Devils Power !

Jesus did not have Original Sin !

But what one is Truly Saved, you become the Body of Christ ! and Christ Jesus lives in you, this gives one the Power to deal with Temptations of Carnal dupes ! so one can say No to the power of Temptations ? Like one can say, begone ! to such temptations because you have a handle on such dealings ! the carnal does not !

I have seen the most cunning people also fall for other cunning games, that were played on them ! fact of the matter is they are Lost !
I have seen people stand over everyone to get more wealth for themselves, just like a mongrel dog does and then come a gutser !
Old Mutt himself got bitten ! the poor bastard got some of his own Malice back !
Such is a vicious cycle that causes so much trouble in the world, I am not suprised ! but the Key to all of such ills is to be educated on the subject ! or we all pay the price ? but one day the world will wake up to it's self and that is to abide in Christ Jesus ! for outside of that is nonsense.

My AF has returned , due to very high serum calcium level, I’ve had scan after scan , test after test, they thought it was an over active parathyroid gland, it’s not, my heart she told me (Endocrine Doctor) is very unhappy, it’s a very long story, Brother, thank you for your concern, she nearly admitted me yesterday to hospital as the calcium level is high, no point she said, as the hospital cardiologist would have said, her calcium level needs to be sorted first, that can be done at home, they prescribed me medication immediately, called Cinacalcet ..which should get this calcium level down, I had a great nights sleep last night after only taking the first tablet,..no AF and no heart beats pounding in my chest, ..Praise God, His presence was with me all day yesterday...it was very heightened , if that makes sense, you just know that you know that the Spirit is with you, anyway, 2 weeks time back to hospital and another blood test to see how affective the medication has been lowering my calcium..Praise God!....
