What is STEM and VECEN?
There is an acronym, I cannot recall exactly that is opposite of STEM in that they are female dominated careers. So, I made up Vanity (cosmetology), Early Childhood Education and Nursing. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

To clarify, there's no marriage in heaven as we know it on earth. Only the marriage of Christ to the Church.
Have a look at what Paul has to say about who his mother is.

But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
— Galatians 4:26

He also states this.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
— Galatians 3:26

Plus, Jesus also knew that some people would forego marriage (and thereby forego having children) "for the sake of the kingdom" as an acceptable option.
I disagree with this totally. In my mind the kingdom is all about having children.
Jesus said, "Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so; some, because they were made so by others; some, because they have renounced marriage for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Whoever can accept this ought to accept it.” Matthew 19:12

Do you disagree with Jesus' words?

Some people will choose to remain unmarried, and therefore choose to remain childless. Some people may choose to have children but the child may die in the womb. Or the woman miscarries.

Even Paul said (I'm paraphrasing) that he prefers younger widows to remarry, whether they already have children or not. The choice is theirs. He's not obligating them to reproduce.

@Mink57

I do have some personal angst towards feminism. The ideology and the resulting fearmongering around having babies is part of the reason I don't have as many children as I would like. I take ownership in my part of believing the bullcrap, but I could have done without dozens of family members, friends, and strangers advising me to put off babies and staying on birth control all those years.

My husband and I are not the type to need exotic experiences to be happy. We are homebodies who like to talk. We are parent-y people. Had we started at 20, we couldve had the five children I wanted very easily. I will likely have to settle for two due to age and how pregnancy affects me. l

My mission now is to help our children figure things out where they are in position to have as many children as they desire
in their marriages.

Jesus was trying to give wisdom to carnal minds. He knew that the carnal mind is enmity against God.

If pregnancy has a certain physical effect on you that would inhibit you from having more than one child, you can't blame feminism on that.

The physical effect is mainly age. I don't have the energy I did at 20. I absolutely know feminism discourages women from taking full advantage of their fertility windows and fearmongering babies, childbirth, and small children. That's why they hate any limits to abortion and want to push it as "healthcare"

One reason why feminism is so evil, it tempts women to make choices against their own happiness. It does this with the allure of materialism.

And that wisdom is the understanding that not ALL will be able to, or desire to produce children.
Why do you believe Jesus gives this illustration after having said that saying?

Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
— Matthew 19:13-14

And how do you "absolutely know" this?

I have 2 daughters. My oldest is 31. She went to college, is working on her Master's, has a fantastic career in a male-dominated profession, has a long-term boyfriend. Her attitude about having children is that as much as she would like to have children, a few medical issues would make it difficult (maybe even impossible) for her to do so. She figures she still has a few years left, but if she CAN'T have children, she and her fiance aren't going to be torn up about it. Disappointed, yes. But torn up? No. Her attitude is, "If it happens, it happens. If not, oh well..."

OTOH, my youngest daughter, 30, already has 3 children. She had her first at 19. Her last child was born in March of this year, when my daughter was 29. Originally, my daughter wanted five children. She changed her mind only recently, once she realized that the kids she has now...are enough. She also has a decent career in front of her, and she just received a promotion. She's also in school online, working toward her degree in Business Admiinistration.

I was born in 1957. I'm part of the second wave of feminism. I never EVER had a talk with EITHER of them about feminism in of itself. I simply told them that they could be and do WHATEVER THEY WANTED. "Wherever your heart is, that's where your treasure will be." (Matthew 6:21) I am not more proud of my older daughter for stepping out of the stereotypical traditional role of wife/mother, nor am I less proud of my younger daughter for stepping into a MORE traditional role of wife/mother. And if either one of my kids decided to DITCH the 9 to 5, I'd be just as supportive, IF that's where their heart is.

The reason why SOME feminists hate limits on abortion is for, in part, reasons OTHER THAN than feminism discouraging women to take advantage of their prime child-bearing years.

Yet it's o.k. for MEN to chase materialism? Isn't that what MEN are taught? Aren't THEY taught to go to college, get a good job so you can provide all the things for your wife and family. The big house...the cars...the 401K plan...jewelry for your wife...clothes for her too...dance lessons for the girls...football camp for the boys...ALL of this takes MONEY, Wrangler.

Didn't you have a few kids of your own? And once they were born, didn't you want to give them the sun, the moon and the stars?
"You got plenty of time to start a family." Lie.
How is this a lie? Big difference between hearing this at 22 as opposed to 42 (for a WOMAN, that is)
Justice delayed is justice denied.
"You'll be happier with more stuff." Lie.
If it's a lie, then why do MEN want more stuff?
Appeal to coveting
"You're better off not trusting your husband." (And bail on him if you want later without suffering financial hardship) Lie.

Like this NEVER happens with men. LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!
"It's better to have fewer children." Lie.
Violates God's command to be fruitful and multiply.
No, it doesn't. While God said, "Be fruitful and multiply" he NEVER said HOW MUCH.

How many children did Hagar have? ONE.
How many children did Sarah have?

How many children did EVERY woman in the bible have? The bible says things like, "they had other sons and daughters". But the bible doesn't tell us, in MOST cases, HOW MANY.

What makes you think that one passage has ANYTHING to do with the other? By your logic, Matthew 19:15-30 has to do with children or Matthew 19:13-14.

...which OBVIOUSLY, it doesn't.

And how do you "absolutely know" this?
Campaign ads, reading books on feminism, learning about its four waves, popular media that projects feminist ideals. Leading feminists themselves. Their hatred for the pregnancy resource center ministry I volunteered at. They actively try to shut us down.

Do you deny that they discourage young womn having babies? Or will you hide behind the choice argument, as if feminists promote every woman's choice equally whem they consistently and have not on record?

Is there any aspect of feminism that you would consider not a "win" for women and society at large?

This woman realizes the "strong and independent woman" llie. Sad.

You DO realize that for every video you post on this board, I can post 10 to 'prove' just the opposite. SOME single women are THRIVING, and have NO ISSUE with being a single mom...as long as they don't have a dead-weight husband to cater to and care for like some other child.

Your videos prove NOTHING, Wrangler.

Lol. You're not missing out too much. I hear there's better quality food to be found in Italy.
That's what my visitors tell me.
They say the McD's is better here.
(love my Big Mac!)
and
It's cheaper!
(but getting more and more expensive with time).
