The vast majority of gun owners in the USA are licensed owners and responsible. You cannot legally own a handgun under 21 yrs. old. Nobody asks these questions, where did a 15 yr old get a gun. Stolen from a parent or friend most likely. On the world scale, gun smuggling is rabid all over the world.
What the MSM doesn't tell you is how many crimes are prevented by legal gun owners. Many robbers and car jackers have been killed that way.

Hate to say this, but:
Guns don't kill people....
People kill people.

Criminals in Europe are able to get guns...
it's the innocent citizen that does not have access to a gun.

IF guns ever become illegal in the US...only criminals will have them and everyone else will be at their mercy.
Some persons have a gun and learn how to use it....
Some cannot do this...for whatever reason.
At least there's a choice.

Here in Italy, and really all of Europe (know some in other countries) cannot understand why these school shootings.
Our teens must be in dire trouble and apparently there's no safety net.

We’ve had a terrible shooting in Hungerford many years ago, I wonder why there are more shootings in America?

I guess because they have access to guns, if we had the same access here, there would probably be more shootings..I thank God we aren’t allowed to openly keep guns here, mind you, that wouldn’t stop some from illegally obtaining one...I think you must have a license here to keep a gun, plus they must be under lock and key..

While I don't want a gun, the Constitution does say citizens have a right to bear arms.

The problem is that criminals will always find a way to get illegal guns.

Recently four criminals went into a shop here to rob it. But the shop owner had a gun and started defending himself. They all ran away...I recall he wounded one criminal at least.

Guns definitely have a place in self defense, and I certainly would use one with no qualms. There are some mean people out there, and would you let them seriously hurt someone else you love if you could prevent it? As Christians, certainly God has put a hedge around us, which God sometimes allows to be breached.

God has set up government, and police to keep order and even kill people.

I have never fired a gun and don't own a gun. I have held a few pistols.

United States of America , you have to remember there was once a King long ago in a country that was levying tax that WE the people would not accept .
