Sorry I just cant go along with this

[Jas 2:10-11 KJV] 10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all. 11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.

Even James does not separate the ten from being the whole law
Doug, you refuse the truth, you refuse to do what Jesus asks, that is to follow the commandments, you prefer to follow Paul instead because it is much easier, hey no law I can do what I want then so be it. I leave you with that doctrine.

If you become aware one day that all I told you is the truth and have questions, ill be here.

Remember it is Jesus that will judge us all Not Paul and certainly not by Paul's gospel as i assume you believe.

Know that there is no witnesses of Paul receiving in secret a gospel from Jesus.

Jesus said;

John 5:31 (KJV):
“If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.”

this is exactly what Paul is doing it is his words only and not true ( some of it at least because they contradict Christ)

It is shameful to put Paul before Jesus and the original disciples.

Peace, and I wish you well hoping that one day you will understand. this is where we part ways.

As far as following the commandments Paul upheld them......please read this one last thing below

[Rom 7:12-13 KJV] 12 Wherefore the law [is] holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. 13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.

Paul did not make void the law but in fact it can be found in his epistles.

1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

[1Co 8:6 KJV] 6 But to us [there is but] one God, the Father, of whom [are] all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom [are] all things, and we by him.

2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

[1Co 5:11 KJV] 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

3. Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

[1Ti 6:1 KJV] 1 Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and [his] doctrine be not blasphemed.

4. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

There is no commandment to observe the sabbath.

5. Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

[Eph 6:1-2 KJV] 1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. 2 Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

6. Thou shalt not kill.

[Rom 13:9-10 KJV] 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if [there be] any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the law.

[Gal 5:19-21, 24 KJV] 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. ... 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.

[Rom 13:9 KJV] 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if [there be] any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

8. Thou shalt not steal.

[Eph 4:28 KJV] 28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with [his] hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

[Tit 2:3 KJV] 3 The aged women likewise, that [they be] in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

[Col 3:5 KJV] 5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

In the Bible, the Sabbath is part of the moral law, meaning it reflects God's eternal principles for humanity. This is seen from the beginning of creation and continues throughout Scripture. God made the Sabbath for humanity's benefit, and it carries both a blessing and a sign of His covenant.

The Sabbath is a sign of God’s covenant with His people. In (Exodus 31:13), God says to the Israelites:

"Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: 'Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep; for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you.'"
This shows that the Sabbath was given not only as a day of rest but as a sign that God sanctifies His people, making them holy. In (Deuteronomy 5:15), the Sabbath is also a reminder of God's deliverance:

"And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out from there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore the Lord your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day."

This shows that the Sabbath is a blessing because it helps us to remember God's power, mercy, and deliverance.

Jesus Himself observed the Sabbath, affirming its importance. In (Luke 4:16), it says:

"So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read."
Jesus didn’t disregard the Sabbath; rather, He kept it, demonstrating its ongoing value. Jesus also taught about the proper way to observe the Sabbath. In (Matthew 12:12), He said:

"Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath."

This shows that the Sabbath is not just about strict rest, but about doing good, helping others, and honoring God's purposes. The early church continued to observe the Sabbath, including the apostles. In (Acts 13:14), Paul and Barnabas go to the synagogue on the Sabbath:

"But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day and sat down."

Paul's custom was to preach on the Sabbath, showing that he respected the day.
In (Acts 16:13) ,Paul and his companions are again found keeping the Sabbath:

"And on the Sabbath day we went out of the city to the riverside, where prayer was customarily made; and we sat down and spoke to the women who met there."
This also indicates that the apostles continued to observe the Sabbath as a significant day for prayer and fellowship.
The Sabbath was never intended to be just an Old Testament practice. It was a moral law part of the 10 Commandments written on the stone tablets by God himself , it was meant for all of God's people to recognize His holiness and provision. Jesus and the apostles respected and followed the Sabbath, demonstrating its enduring importance. It’s a day that offers spiritual rest, a reminder of God’s covenant, and an opportunity to do good. The Sabbath is a blessing for us and a sign of God’s presence and sanctification in our lives.

I hope you will understanding this one day. I am also glad you understand that Paul did not say the commandments were abolished as many think he said but did not.

Alright I will stick around for awhile, for the sabbath all I said is from scripture both the new testament and Old testament.
know that when you get closer to GOD and believe in him he will transform you it is a process and does not happen overnight Just trust completely in what Jesus said and you will be O.K. Just be careful there are a lot of false doctrine out there compare always to Jesus words for verification, in case of a doubt trust Jesus always.

also I add;

Revelation 14:12, it says,
Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.”

Cheers.

Sorry but I dont see the sabbath as reflecting morality......not keeping the sabbath would not harm your neighbor which is the fulfilling of the law

Exactly.....the sabbath was a covenant with Israel...neither you or me are Israel Romans 11:12...not only that but today there is neither Jew or Greek Galatians 3:28

Paul and Jesus taught in the synagogue because they went to the Jews and this is where they were easily found together

[Jhn 18:20 KJV] 20 Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.
They went to Israel first Acts 13:46 Rom 1:16

you have a fixation with Israel and think everything form the bible is exclusively for them you are wrong. if I thought like you do I would be wondering why all this, since as you say every promise GOD made is ONLY for Israel. You prefer the darkness refuse to see the light. Jesus sent the 12 to preach the Kingdom of heaven and repentance from sin and to tell the world all he did ( Matthew, JOHN, LUKE and Mark) all you need for eternal life is there. if you do not believe this, you are lost!

[Rom 8:28 KJV] 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
[1Co 8:3 KJV] 3 But if any man love God, the same is known of him.

[Rom 12:10 KJV] 10 [Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
[Rom 13:8-9 KJV] 8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if [there be] any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Even if that were so then we would have to believe Paul's gospel

[Eph 3:9 KJV] 9 And to make all [men] see what [is] the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

[Rom 1:16 KJV] 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

you have a fixation with Israel and think everything form the bible is exclusively for them
people mistakenly think all that was directed and promised to Israel is to them. as well....all scripture is for us for learning....we have to know what is for Israel and what is for us...in Paul we find what is for us in this dispensation

Jesus sent the 12 to preach the Kingdom of heaven
Yes but it would be a mistake to preach that today....the kingdom is not being offered today....it will be again in the tribulation
Jesus also sent Paul to preach the gospel of grace (1 Cor 1:17) just like he sent the 12 to preach the gospel of the kingdom
Ithe kingdom of heaven is the promised kingdom on earth promised Israel not us

the 12 to preach the Kingdom of heaven and repentance from sin
[Act 5:30-31 KJV] 30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. 31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand [to be] a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

The 12 preached repentance and forgivness to Israel
