Can eternal life be lost? If so, why did God call it eternal, and not only this, say those who come to faith HAVE this life, called eternal?
For those in heaven it is eternal, but here on earth we experience death. It is important we take heed of those scriptures that warn against falling away, so that we continue in the faith according to Colossians 1:23.

So I can ignore scriptures like John 6 which says I will never hunger or thirst, I will never die, I will live forever, I will never die, I have eternal life, and I will be raised by him (not delivered to him) on the last day? Or Eph 1 which says I am sealed until the day of redemption? Or the many others that say if I have true saving faith that by Gods mercy I have been saved?

Or instead continue in a mere belief based system which has no root, has no works, has no foundation, and be like those who do not see God as an Abba father but a spirit of fear? Failing to head johns warning that the knowledge we HAVE eternal life is what keeps us established in the faith so we do not fall away and become an anti christ, who walks away?

All scripture is true in context.

There will be many in hell who professed Christianity 'by faith' but did not go on to obtain true conversion to Christ, and therefore remained just having a religious "christian" badge, but fell short of Jesus really knowing them as His because they did not go on to allow the Holy Spirit to do the required transforming work to make them true believers in Him.
Many indeed! (Matthew 7:22-23) There are genuine Christians and there are "nominal" Christians. There are genuine believers and there are make believers. There are many people who are "religious," but not right with God who push salvation by works.

Yep it is

so can you show me how in context I Got John 6, Eph 1 and others wrong.

then how I misinterpreted 1 John 2 about those who claimed to be part of the church but now deny Christ having fallen away?
The antichrists are known for the way they mix and match scripture and ignore other scriptures to their detriment. The OSAS brigade do this a lot and it causes me to wonder if they are "not one of us." For that reason I am putting you on ignore, along with mailmandan.

It would be more acceptable to people if you said, "Our part is to believe and be faithful."

Only one problem, the OSAS people would not agree with the being faithful part.

How did you determine that?
That is not True.

They believe it is impossible to fall away from the Lord, and if they do, they are still saved regardless.

That is NOT True.

The odd thing is, they believe in salvation by faith.

Half truth.

Some people turn be faithful into salvation by works, yet others, turn it into continuing in faith. Permanently fall away from the Lord, yet saved regardless? I would not equate that with salvation through faith.

Believe you me, after 22 years of being on the internet, I can assure you there are people out there who believe they can break the commandments including murder, and still be saved, because "Once Saved, Always Saved." Also, they say it is impossible to backslide. Those who do backslide were never saved they say, because Once Saved Always Saved, despite the warnings against backsliding, which typical of any cult, they ignore. I am not prepared to discuss it. It makes my blood boil. Good day.

Romans 10:9 - that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart (and not just in your head) that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Sure...and they would be correct.

because "Once Saved, Always Saved."
.

Correct.

Also, they say it is impossible to backslide. Those who do were never saved they say, because Once Saved Always Saved,

Correct.

despite the warnings against backsliding, which typical of any cult, they ignore.

Jews "backslid" repeatedly, are they a "cult" ?

I am not prepared to discuss it. It makes my blood boil. Good day.

Agree, "you are not prepared to discuss, what you do not understand".

Making statements that boil your blood, is an opening for discussion, but you used that opportunity for a JAB, and then shut the door.

Cheap shot.

Only two of the backsliding Israelites who left Egypt entered the Promised Land.

The apostle Paul warns Timothy about the dangers of making a shipwreck of his faith. (I Timothy 1:18-19)

In Hebrews 3:12-14 Christians are warned about the dangers of departing from the living God.

Hebrews 12:25 warns about turning away from the one who speaks from heaven!

II Peter 3:17 warns us about the dangers of being led away with the error of the wicked.

Heb 10:38 tells us "if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him."

Pro 14:14 The backslider in heart will be filled with the fruit of his ways, and a good man will be filled with the fruit of his ways.

Jer 14:7 "our backslidings are many; we have sinned against you.

Hos 11:7 My people are bent on turning away from me, and though they call out to the Most High, he shall not raise them up at all.

Luk 9:62 Jesus said to him: No man putting his hand to the plough and looking back is fit for the kingdom of God.

Heb 10:38 but my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him."

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,

2Ti 4:3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

Heb 3:12 Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God.

2Pe 3:17 And so, dear friends, since you already know these things, continually be on your guard not to be carried away by the deception of lawless people. Otherwise, you may fall from your secure position.

Hebrews 6:4 “It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.”

There are many more. I can see debate is useless, so I will say good day.

No one has objected that Backsliding has been warned and can occur.

The POINT is TO WHOM and Why.

I can see debate is useless, so I will say good day.
.

There has been no debate.
You stated for others their belief, but clearly you do not understand their WHY, nor do your Scriptures Reveal the WHY.

Two questions for you.
1) HOW many times did Jesus give His Life?
2) HOW many times did you give your Life?

1) Jesus died once for the sinner. If they fall away they cannot be brought back to repentance again, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.” Heb 6:4

2) I have given Jesus my all, for all time.

Just to add, this is about apostasy and not about whether we stray from the fold.

Jesus died once fall all time

if one can lose salvation they committed a sin Jesus did not die for and they had no hope to begin with
