and now a reminder from peter, who long ago wrote to the church ,
beloved think it not strange when ye are tested , aka persecuted , trials of our faith .
What is and is coming by means of a wordly version of love that is and has unified and is unifying
all tribes of all religoins , will be great persecution against the true saints who did not and would not
conform . FOR JESUS has the sheep and the voice of the stranger they will not heed to nor conform to her ways .
Just remember , and they overcame by their faith , they loved not their lives unto the death .
JESUS has the sheep and his sheep do he Keep from the song of the well favored harlot .
The sheep feed on HIS GREEN grass , his lovely words of truth and HEED His Spirit within them .
OH its a war all right and we will not have been the first to fight that war either .
Many have through all ages . THE LORD was withthem , HE WILL be with us . Now raise those hands up ritajanice

Everyone of us are at different levels of understanding Gods word.only the Holy Spirit can bring us to understanding our Fathers word, we can do and learn nothing in our own strength imo.

It’s good that we can all share...we never stop learning.

Learn something new every day. That's why reading the word and praying first thing in the morning works so good for me. I'm rested and fresh and get connected to the Lord thru His word and prayer and...it makes the whole day go better!

I know how Abraham felt. I don't know squat and can do less! But what is the Lord doing?! He keeps us clueless and wandering in the desert with no idea where we're going, lol. But, I Trust you Jesus, I trust you Jesus, I trust you Jesus! I know that and not much more! Lol!

I don't have to I guess. I'm in God service and I suppose I am on a need to know basis and I don't need to know certain things! All I need to know is I can trust Him.

I thought about this and...it's getting crowded in here! I go out with an entourage! The Father, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Guardian Angels, Scribe Angels, A bunch of them!
Everything I need.

The Lord is inside of me because I am in Christ. Scripture also say that He is beside me, and goes before me, and is my rear guard! With God with me, who can stand against me?

No the bible cant refresh your spirit. But the Holy Spirit can and any time you crack that bible open to read you go into the presence of God and the Holy Spirit is waiting on you so He can teach you and speak to you and refresh you. He leads us into all truth.

I’m all ready in Gods presence, the Holy Spirit indwells my heart / spirit,permanently,

Do you know that God is our spirit Father in your heart? he has our spirit in the palm of his hand..or do you have to read a Bible to know that?

No one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.

I’m in the will of the Father, I do his will every day..we are Spirit led.

I do not go into the presence of God when I read the Bible, his presence has lived in my spirit for the past 33 yrs..I have been birthed in the spirit...Born Again in my spirit and then I’m saved from eternal damnation and not before, my spirit must be birthed by the Holy Spirit, before I can be saved from eternal damnation, we are brought to repentance by the Spirit, we are forgiven all sins, by the Spirit, we are brought to believe in Jesus by the Spirit...we are birthed by the Spirit, our spirit is birthed it’s reborn, it’s a Living spirit birth, only the power of the Spirit can give us the spiritual rebirth, mind Blowing.

The Spirit testifies with our spirit that we are Gods children....he never stops witnessing that truth to our heart/spirit, all day every day, I am being made into Jesus image by the Holy Spirit Power that permanently indwells my spirit.

If I never read a Bible in my life, my spirit is still alive in Christ, I will never die in my spirit as it’s been birthed by the Holy Spirit, Born Again, you never know the time or place, when by Gods will, we will be Born Of The Spirit.

Can you see the wind= No.

Can you see the Spirit= No.

Can you see the effects of the wind= Yes.

Can you see the effects of the Spirit = Yes.

We should be growing in our spirit, into the character of Jesus, we should be honouring and glorifying “HIS” Name, not our name, talking about me, me, me,24/7..

You will know them by their fruit.

The Bible hasn’t got the power to bring your spirit from death to life, the Bible hasn’t got the power to forgive your sins..the Bible is confirmation, unto the power of God almighty..He is a Living Spirit, he is everywhere and His Living Witness the Living Holy Spirit, indwells the heart of his “ spirit” Children.

Don’t limit God to a book, the Spirit of God cannot be contained ....who loved us first the Spirit of God or the Bible?

I know the Love Of God in my heart/spirit, not through the Bible, the Bible confirms just how much God loves us.

Plus he loves us that much, that he gave his own Son up, A pure sinless Lamb, slain for the world, what kind of Love is that?

Can you ever imagine what Jesus must have gone through in that garden of gethsemane ,he was sweating drops of blood, did I read that..no it came by divine heart revelation, then the Bible confirmed what the Spirit spoke to my heart/spirit.

I became Born Again by divine,heart revelation,God always speaks scripture to my heart/ spirit,I had never read a Bible in my life,I became Born Again as I explained above.

The Bible confirms what God’s Living witness the Holy Spirit witnesses to our heart...we also grow and mature in our heart/ spirit...that’s where the Spirit is busy working, all according to God’s purpose and plan.

Without God’s witness..we are Nothing and know nothing of heart knowledge/ spiritual matters.

The power of the Spirit is within us..he has the power, we have no power...I pray daily that his power continues to work in our heart, continuing to make us more like Jesus in spirt..and that ugly old man gets less and less..

If we are Born Again, then we will be made into Jesus image, by the power of the Holy Spirit who indwells our spirit.

Don’t limit God to a book, the Spirit of God cannot be contained ....who loved us first the Spirit of God or the Bible?

I think you misunderstood what I was talking about. I dont limit God or put Him into a box. I wasnt talking about the indwelling of of the Holy Spirit either.

See we are the temple of the Holy Spirit and if you remember how the temple is laid out, there is an outer court, an inner court, and a Holy of Holies. When we crack open the Bible and begin to read, or when we begin to pray, we come into the outer court and into the presence of God. The Holy Spirit is there and teaching, so you read and learn and get rhemas from the Holy Spirit. This doesnt limit God, it allows Him to do so much more.

A person can be indwelt by the Holy Spirit every day of their life and yet they are not necessarily in His presence. God's deeper than that. Much deeper.

I think most people do not reverance the word of God anymore, it's just a book...But it's more than just a book. I think many people dont reverence the scriptures because they've heard other people say, well that would be making the bible into an idol, and that just aint so. The book dont save you like you said, but the Spirit of God can and He knows when you pick it up to read and get's excited! The book is supernatural in that, it's the only book on earth that God's Holy Spirit comes to (in more than a daily indwelling way) and teaches you and opens up the path to Jesus for you. It isnt just a book because it contains the very words of God. That means something! His words keep on flowing after He has spoken them...and they will Not return to Him void of accomplishing their purpose. And that sister, is worth reverencing it for. God is in my spirit, deep within my spirit, again thanks for voicing your opinion...everyone’s opinion differs, God speaks to us the way we will understand, he has always spoken to my heart first and foremost.

Try this a few times! Try to speak out words as you inhale. Try again, it's hard.

Actually it is impossible. Breathing beings who speak all speak on the exhale. God breathes we know that. God spoke the words, and His Spirit went with the words. Let there be light, and there the Spirit of God with those words. It says so in the same verse.

We say that the bible is the inspired word of God, and that's an accurate statement. But what did God do? First he found someone who can write for Him on earth and then God told them what to write. Correct? Sure. So God spoke out of His mouth every word in scripture. And so God Spirit went with the words and you may as well say God's spirit is attached to those words.

See we are the temple of the Holy Spirit and if you remember how the temple is laid out, there is an outer court, an inner court, and a Holy of Holies

I have been birthed in the Spirit, I don’t go by any inner or outer court, that makes no sense to me with respect.

The Holy Spirit is in my spirit all day every day, has been for the past 33 yrs..Spirit gives birth to spirit, Born Of God’s seed, that penetrates the spirit/ heart of his Born Again child...the seed that were Born Again Of is the Holy Spirit, who has taken up permanent residence in my spirit, that is where the new nature is, we are partakers Of the new nature.

Like I said, God speaks to you one way he speaks to me another way...same for everyone else, that is something I need to be more aware of..he speaks to everyone differently as we can see on the forum.

Try this a few times! Try to speak out words as you inhale. Try again, it's hard.

Actually it is impossible. Breathing beings who speak all speak on the exhale. God breathes we know that. God spoke the words, and His Spirit went with the words. Let there be light, and there the Spirit of God with those words. It says so in the same verse.

We say that the bible is the inspired word of God, and that's an accurate statement. But what did God do? First he found someone who can write for Him on earth and then God told them what to write. Correct? Sure. So God spoke out of His mouth every word in scripture. And so God Spirit went with the words and you may as well say God's spirit is attached to those words.

In your opinion what you say above, I was Born Of The Spirit exactly as Jesus explains to Nicodemus, plus as he indwells our spirit, the Spirit testifies with our spirit that we are Gods children, he chose me, I did not choose him, so finding him in the Bible, doesn’t resonate with my spirit...if it does with you no problem, I had never ever read a Bible , not until after I was birthed by the Living Holy Spirit, who witnesses the truth of who God is to our heart/ spirit.

I think you took my post personally, it wasn’t meant that way.

That’s your understanding, thanks, Of when you crack open the Bible.

God is in my spirit, deep within my spirit, again thanks for voicing your opinion...everyone’s opinion differs, God speaks to us the way we will understand, he has always spoken to my heart first and foremost.

Does he, maybe to you, he gets excited when I Glorify His Name, talk about him ,witness about him to others.,talk to him most of the day, God is Alive in my spirit, therefore I fellowship with him via his Spirit, talk to him, I try with a sincere heart ,he’s not the Bible,

The book is not supernatural, the Spirit is.

The Bible didn’t open up any path for me, the Spirit did that.thanks for voicing what you believe though.

He speaks in Spirit to my heart, his words won’t come back void as his word is Alive and Active, his word spans the whole universe.

The Bible is confirmation of ,that what the Holy Spirit witnesses to our hearts.

I've heard that stuff before. They try to accuse me of what do they call it? Bibliolatry or something like that. When the exact oppisite is actually true, the bible doesnt limit God it enables Him. I hold the book in reverence, but it doesnt save anyone and it's not God. It gives light and understanding to man and as you read the bible, it's reading you!

Well you have 33 years on experience under your belt so this is prolly true for you, but for younger christians it could be a help. I wasn't saying that I was reading the bible and I got saved & born again, quite the contrary, lol. But the written scriptures of God's word is an inexhaustible resource for us anyway. God's Holy Spirit speaks to us in many ways.

I’m in the word most of the day, God is always relaying scripture to my heart, I find that mind blowing as well..it comes into my mind, I look it up, and there it is in the Bible..
