I'm working nights all this week. My coworker made me some food and it was good cuz I helped her with a station. She might make me food again, which is awesome since I never make food myself (I just eat a power bar cause I'm lazy lol)

Hi everyone. I'm ready to sign off now so I can get up for my doctor's appointment.

There's a lot of good TV dinners these years. Like Lean Cuisine, even some Banquet, Amy's, Healthy Choice, Stouffer's. I've bought a few El Monterey enchiladas, too...tasty.

Do you have any favorites Dev?

I eat Maria Calendar meals because they aren't processed much. They are real food. And they have a super selection of meals.

I get the Spaghetti with meat balls then I add cheese to it after it's cooked, one of my favorites.

Amy's dinners are a little more expensive so I only buy a couple at a time. But they are really delicious.... especially love her lasagna, Indian meals and Mexican meals.

And they are vegetarian so some of them have no cholesterol.

We have hungryman here. I like the fried chicken "Hungryman Select" meals.

I used to work construction nights and by the time I got home I had very little time until I had to head out for work again. Those hungryman dinners have a lot of sodium but man they are a life saver when you're short on time and need something with a lot of calories fast.

Yeah I haven't had one in awhile. They're super cheap too. I should stock up.

Yes they are. Thank you for reminding me about them, I have been having mostly the same meals everyday and have been looking for something new. Enjoy your meal!

If anyone likes a delicious Mexican enchilada dinner with rice, check out the El Monterey brand.

They give two enchiladas and rice. You can choose chicken with a Suiza sauce (white sour cream). Or they have beef enchiladas...with red sauce that is a little bit spicy.

El Monterey also has some good beef and bean burritos. You get eight in a package for around $5.50. They have El Monterey at Target.

That sounds good. When I lived in California I used to get the Enchiladas Suizas from the Mexican restaurant. Super tasty.
