This forum is for those who believe that gifts are still functioning today. If you do not believe that the gifts are for today, please do not post here.
Dreams and Visions & Revelation—Our Purpose:
As we move into a season of changes in our physical world, there also appears to be an increase of sign gifts, manifesting in the spiritual world as many believers are experiencing an increase of dreams, visions, and prophetic revelations, which is echoed and declared in Joel 2:28-32 and Acts 2:17. It is therefore important as a Christian forum that we have an area for these signs/gifts to be functioning here at the Christianity Board.
Some interpretations may not always be positive, so we ask for wisdom, and please keep in mind that our purpose is to encourage one another. Hebrews 10:25.
Acts 2:17
‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares,
that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophecy,
and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams;
Joel 2:28-32
“And it shall come to pass afterwards that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophecy; your old men shall dream dreams.
and your young men shall see visions.
29 Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit.

2. As a forum, it is difficult to determine an interpreter’ or member accuracy as you would in a church body where there are leaders who can vouch for you after many years of exercising your gifts, so please keep this in mind and hold interpretations loosely. If in doubt, chuck it out.
3. If the interpretation of a dream resonates with your spirit, that is fine; otherwise, take what is good and remove the things that do not resonate with you. 1 Thess 5:21.
4. Revelation can also be the Word of God revealed as well as other forms of revelation, including dreams and visions. Determining the accuracy of a revelation can sometimes be personal, but it can also be for believers in general. However, since we are not functioning as a church body where leaders can vouch for you after many years of exercising your gifts, please keep this in mind and hold those revelations loosely; again, if in doubt, chuck it out.
