Sounds like you had a great time! Fun times are always nice.

At Camp Lejeune North Carolina we had some good food on the military base. I gained up to 180 lbs from 160 lbs and worked out to gain muscle mass. That was back when I was around 18 years old though. I didn't really like the catfish they made though, too bland.

Catfish can be the worst indeed haha. Had some fish the other day and this man adds some fish fry salt on it and it is pretty good best fish had in a while aside from some fried tulopia.

I looooove sautee mushrooms. I used to make a steak BBQ sauce with BBQ sauce and garlic and bacon fat. Then I would sautee the mushrooms and dish them over a BBQ'd Ribeye steak. Super good eats.

So far, only a handful of grape tomatoes. We keep them on hand. I don't make much of a fuss about eating. One day this week I had 2 mashed up Goya Black Bean Burgers and halved grape tomatoes rolled up into 2 Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas—a fiber bomb! The tortillas have an unbelievable 25g of fiber per 110-calorie serving! I rarely eat more than 2 meals per day.

I usually keep cherry tomatoes on hand. I'll eat them with some cheese. Pretty good snack. Sometimes I get broccoli and eat broccoli with them. I use ranch dressing sometimes.

BTW I do love Burger King. It's one of my fave fast food eateries. We don't have many american FF outlets here but we do have some like CarlJunior, KFC, Wendy's BK. Not really any Mexican outlets or anything like that...

Add to single-serve blender cup:
One-half avocado (frozen)
One banana (frozen)
Fill to 16 oz line with pineapple juice
Add 2 tsp Barley Grass Juice Powder
Whiz 'til smooth

and VOILA:
