I was going to mention henna. Also, there is chamomile, lemon, etc, for highlights. But you're going for gray. Idk how to do that naturally other than....time. Lol
Lol that was my thought too. I looked everywhere and there was nothing. Obviously getting scammed there's no other real choice. Henna is hard to maintain.

I'm just going to dye it once and then let it grow out. I'm I'm probably only 15-20% and now I have one streak that's all gray.

After a year or two, worst case scenario, free balayage. Lol

I can relate to this! Luckily some exercise calmed me down and now I can worship.

"Unto Thee, O my Strength, will I sing; for God is my defense, and the God of my mercy."

I don't need to be in the ring. God can step in for me instead and give me peace. As long as we do right then God can stand in the way of the wrong doing. That's how I feel.

typically i have learned when it comes to cheese , DONT GO cheap .
When it comes to certain shampoos or washing laundry , dont go too cheap .
Most things are as good . the generic is often as good as the way over priced .
BUT NOT ALWAYS . i learned real quick IMITATION CHEESE is cheap for a reason
as many years ago i gagged on it .

LOL very true. Same with dish soap.

Worth mentioning, the eZn dye is about $17. It was costly, but far less chemically compared to the US brands. Way less damaging and no ammonia, PPD, or sulfates.

But some things I like the cheap version. I just can't think of any right now. Lol

Very pretty! Are you covering full time or church/prayer?

When I covered full time, I really liked the jersey bandanas with the elastic, but my head was too small and I had to sew them all shorter. hlf
Semi full time???

I think they are beautiful. I wear them on a daily basis.

NMy husband said a lot of women's fitness is less effective than it could be or a scam.

He suggested dumbbell weight exercises, pushups, situps, crunches, and stretches. So Ive been doing that for strength training and dancing to music for cardio.

It seems to be working. I came back from the facility 216 lbs. This was a few days ago. Now Im hovering at 212 lbs.

There's a myth that strength training makes women bulky. It doesn't. It inceases bone density, burns fat, and eventually produces a lithe toned figure. To bulk requires tons of extra calories and has to be done intentionally.

I also have a gallon water bottle I add lime and sea salt to. Water helps everything. Happy skin has water.

In real life, Im honestly feeling that its better not to share about my goals. People wont understand Im capable of meeting my goal weight until I reach it. So be it.

The less I talk, the more I do.

I have many challenges ahead to get to my goal weight. Some patience is in order. I will be patient with myself.

True beauty always comes from the inside out.

Switched from 5lb to 10 lb weights for my arm dumbbell workout. It felt great! Now Im dancing to my playlist for cardio.

Did an ab crunch workout today. Patience is in order. The scale may not reflect anything as Im getting back into the swing of things. Muscle weighs more than fat.

But over time, adding muscle burns more calories and increases your metabolism, which is what Im counting on.

Reaching 162 lbs for BMI health is still a nice goal. But, thanks to strength training, I want more.

All those times I was nearly dead and helpless during childbirth has inspired a hunger to become stronger and fit.

After 90 days, I should see more results.

Losing weight and got two consecutive pushups back after training my arms and shoulders.

Strength training slows the muscle loss that comes from age and thickens bone density.

Have lost 9 pounds since starting my weight loss journey again.
