My natural body spray/"perfume" has frankincense in it. I have used both frankincense and myrrh in body sprays ... they're both anti-cancer, btw. I didn't mention castor oil, but I do use it in compresses, detox, and it went into the poultices I used for treating cysts. (I haven't had those in a good while since the initial oxalate dump after going carnivore.)

I use a lot of oils ... bloodroot and mistletoe are anti-cancer. I put those together with DMSO and CBD oil and a few others into a topical spray and treated two places on my skin that looked suspect. I had 2 moles that popped up next to the places where I had often been tased. (Not trying to steer the topic, but this is my life stuff I deal with.) The area they used a lot to tase me is the meaty part of the back/shoulder ... trapezius muscles. It's pretty common for that to cause moles. These popped up and they started to turn black. So I would apply this concoction on the areas on and around those moles, several times a day. Soon, they changed and ...one is now a normal color, and the other is completely gone!
I believe it. I know Barbara O'Neill has a whole video about using castor oil to remove cysts and other "foreign" stuff from the body.

I'm glad that you're healing! It's amazing to me how simple things can make such a huge difference.

Have made it to Onederland!! I weigh in at 199.6 lbs this morning! That's 14.257 stone for my UK friends. Yayy!!

I wasn't expecting that. My eating had been sort of erratic. Pizza, pasta, bread, ice cream were definitely eaten, though I tried to focus on protien.

Last night, my in laws took both little ones and I got my first full night sleep in......................

I think that helped a lot. I suspect my weight is tied directly to my stress level and sleep. I suspect a lot of women are like that.

I also figured strength training wouldn't help immediately but more and more over time. Will definitely keep at it.

Ive been working out again for 4-5 weeks 5-6 days a week. I really love the results! Am feeling more confident.

Strength training and dancing has improved my metabolism, energy, and wellbeing.

The beef organ pills are life changing and I handle stress a lot better.

Ive been working on my health and weight loss for about four years now. My highest weight was over 235 lbs. I spent some time trying different things. Ive had two pregnancies. I didn't try to diet and necessarily lose weight during that time.

I still have 48 lbs till my goal. But Im so grateful to have energy again I hardly know what to do.

For about a month, Ive been taking beef organ supplements.

Ive noticed an improvement in hair growth (definitely no postpartum hair loss), not waking up on my own randomly anymore, and still having energy at the end of the day
.

My skin looks great and my nails seem to grow really fast now! I highly recommend them. I get mine from Amazon.
I starting using a fortified cereal last Summer, and noticed more hair. This winter it's really thick.

@Wynona How are your goals going?

I just started reading a book last night. Polish Your Poise with Madame Chic by Jennifer Scott. It's expensive, but free if you have Kindle Unlimited.

I'm reading it because I'm at home more often and I am feeling frumpy, and when I get frumpy, I don't manage everything else as effectively as I should.

She's kind of calling me out on a lot so far. I have such an issue dressing nice at home because I'm going to be working on stuff. But she suggests just wearing an apron - and I do have a smock.

I think I'll try the beef organ supplements you all suggest to grow out my hair.

I had cut it after damaging my hair by hiding the gray, but now I no longer care. It's my Christmas tinsel and so I'll gray gracefully.

I have to do a keratin treatment today and I might feel better about it after.

Most of my darker skinned brethren in the LORD
can use nothing , walk in the sun
and the lighter skinned brethren can use all kinds of moisturizers
and yet at age fifty how much you bet the dark skinned have far less wrinkles and can appear younger . LOL .
But this is also very interesting
that the same light skinned folks often have longer longevity on average . Weird indeed .
BUT KNOW THIS , GOD is always in control and no man , no woman , no matter what skin tone they have
WILL live one day longer or die one day sooner THAN GOD had purposed . GOD is in control sister .
And speaking of living to be of an old age .
Take a peek at the world and at interfaith of anti christ , FOR what i say to one i say to all , TIMES RUNNING OUT sister .
@amigo de christo I was born the wrong colour then. And I’m not talking about because of less wrinkles. Haha.

I think I reached my goal. I am beautiful. It's how God made me.
Yeah!!! How are you feeling physically?

I am so happy for you and inspired.

I am working on health and hopefully dying the rest of my hair gray soon, because I'm not going to win at this point. It's coming in streaks now. Lol

It's nice to hear other people are doing well. It's good positive motivation for when it feels impossible yourself.

Resting is a good change of pace for me. Not worrying about things so much.

@DuckieLady

Id love to see the gray, ma'am!!

Myself, Id like some fancy colored "hair chalk". I saw it on youtube years ago and wanted to try it ever since. Its washable hair streak dye!
I'll post a picture of it when it's done this week. Whatever you do, don't try the iemokoda 3 in 1 hair shampoo for silver.

I made this mistake this week and after some burning and leaving it on, I realized it was BLEACHING my hair red. Oh I was mad.

Now I'm not as mad because I got a refund and it's light enough to dye soft gray. Lol

Hair chalk is fun, but some of them don't work well on darker hair.

Last year I learned about colored hair wax from this lady and it is BEAUTIFUL. (I was trying to avoid bleaching. Irony.) And they have silver. Very pigmented. Doesn't work well for my hair type though.

Ladies ...@DuckieLady & @Winona .... aren't hair dyes and bleaches toxic for the body? My chiropractor mentioned that they can cause toxic levels of things like copper and such. It might be worth looking into.

Yes, usually I use henna or a gloss, but I will not die from dying it once. Lol

I already use shikakai and reetha for shampoo so I'll consider it even over what everyone else is doing over a lifetime.

But the shampoo I used wasn't supposed to be a bleach. It was supposed to be herbal/plant based. I got scammed.

I've got a long journey ahead in life and the Ronald McDonald pink orange isn't allowed to join me.
