so agree with you @marksGod totally changed my diet into what my wife wanted for years!
Men . . . listen to your wives . . . you can say they were right sooner rather than later, and it will go better for you!
Much love!

Depends on where you live. Aussie is also a bbq nation...I think Down Under beach barbecues are very popular....right? :)
I guess Tasmania gets a bit breezy on the beach......Depends on where you live. Aussie is also a bbq nation...
Reminds me; time to start to get the supper.....Cooked some sausage, 2 piece of bacon (to much grease is just nasty) - put the sausage and bacon on napkin to sort of let some of the grease get out, sliced up a potato and put in the microwave. Cleaned the grease off the pan then added butter and cooked some eggs, and then took the potato out of the microwave and cooked the rest of it with the skin on the pan cutting it up with the spatula. Good meal.
Also just ate a banana :)
Thank you for asking.
I just had a hot chocolate.
I used to torture myself with that Nashville Hot stuff.

Never been there. It's a lil island off at the bottom of AussieI guess Tasmania gets a bit breezy on the beach......
Ilove hot chocolate but I am finding that i'm going off hot drinks as well. Kinda starting to like just plain water hot or cold....Hot chocolate is so yummy on cold winter nights.
Hot water is very good for the entire system early in the morning, especially if you get it only as hot as you can stand to guzzle it, a pint when you get up and a pint a half-hour later. And exercise in between.Ilove hot chocolate but I am finding that i'm going off hot drinks as well. Kinda starting to like just plain water hot or cold....
They are tasty my friend . And very good for you too . I like to drink tomato and vegetable low sodium juice .Life would be a mite less joyful to me if I had to skimp on my June strawberries. There's a winery about a mile from my place that grows near about everything.
Right now my daughter just came in from work and she's tempting me with chips/crisps. She works in a brand new hospital ICU and she sure is glad that all the dying has come to a nadir. She put in some heirloom tomatoes last week and I can't wait until them things start blooming. I slice 'em thick, put a skosh o' Himalayan on 'em, and eat 'em like steaks. My people are from Tennessee and we eat 'maters fer breakfast. They're yummy with some lentil scrapple. Whooweee! I'm gettin' plumb hungry!
Mi amigo, I'm a sexagenarian and I got more than a decade on you.:cool:Methusulah would all say we are still wearing diapers my friend . Lambano you aint that old . How old are you my friend .

You know what they say about kidney stones.I'm pretty sure the Orange juice I drank ,with added calcium in it, gave me kidneystones.
