The only inflation here is from Biden. Nobody suffers from inflammation caused by food that I know of. More likely inflammation is caused from arthritis or compression of nerves. Food is unlikely the culprit. See: Inflammation

Anti-Inflammatory Diet
The things you eat and drink can also play a role in inflammation. For an anti-inflammatory diet, include foods like:
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Leafy green vegetables (spinach, collards)
- Nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- Fatty fish (salmon, tuna, sardines)
- Fruits (berries, oranges)
- Refined carbohydrates (white bread)
- Fried foods (French fries)
- Sugary drinks (soda)
- Red and processed meats (beef, hot dogs)
- Margarine, shortening, and lard
- DID YA READ ALL OF THIS DEVIN . Things that can TRIGGER INFLAMMATION .

For my meal this evening I have a sirloin steak, salad and battered onion rings. I am looking forward to it.
Wow that sounds really good. A few months or so ago I bought some Ribeye steak and fried it. It was super good.
I never tried rib eye. Steak is a treat, last night I had winter vegetable broth.
