I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
What does that have to do with killing your enemies?

I am not ashamed of my duty nor of saving people's lives in performing that duty. You, on the other hand choose the scriptural position of not providing safety for your wife and children making your spiritual position despicable. You offered your testimony. You know from first hand experience how evil killing is and how evil you are. You are advocating killing our enemies. I’m not your judge; the Messiah is.
If you want to find the true meaning of being a conscientious objector, research the WWW and a library for input on Sgt. Alvin York, he saved more lives on both sides than can be counted and like me hated shooting people as do I. Boorish? Because I went forward and watched my friends pass over as we fought to give you the right to watch you8r family as they would be molested? Really?I use the same scriptures you use. You sought conversation with a conscientious objector. You sought me out, I didn’t seek you out.
Boorish? You’ve been the poster child for boorish.
Matthias, You approve of this Psalm even though it and others condemn you?Psalm 82:1-4
[1](A Psalm of Asaph.) God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
[2]How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
[3]Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
[4]Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
Yehovah does not expect you nor I to save the earthly lives of all, but your family? The Word of God is not nice to folks like you.Are you able to prevent all people from being victimized? The police aren’t. Think about it.
I’ve already told you that I would use non-lethal means to try to protect anyone in my presence from being victimized. “Good,” you said. I took you at your word.
Should a man stand back and watch his wife raped and his offspring butchered? That is the issue you have avoided addressing/teaching.As I have read the Scriptures, the concept of "first in best dressed," is not found there. First in best dress is what prevails in the carnal world.
The act of "first in best dressed," is crossing over the line of being a disciple of Christ and becoming God yourself. The rise in road rage around the world certainly demonstrates this state of being is prevalent within the world.
How we respond within our life experiences should, at all times, show where our heart is focused and show God's glory operating within our heart.
An example of this is if we suffer a sickness or disease, what is our response? Do we take out our "spiritual weapons," and immediately try to deal with the sickness or disease in our own strength, or do we humble ourselves and hand over our situation to God to seek his direction for how we should proceed. If God permits us to us righteous anger in response to our circumstances, then we can move on in righteous anger and deal with the issues before us. If God states, prayerfully wait upon me to act on your behalf, then wait.
We all need to walk hand in hand with the Lord and either not lag behind or step out in front of the Lord.
We all need to have resolved how we would act within the circumstances that we find ourselves, but our resolve should always be that what we do will bring Glory to God and demonstrate our full dependence upon God Himself in all things.
We all need to prayerfully resolve how we should act before any strife might come our way, otherwise we are only flying in our own strength when the strife come upon us.
Shalom

Boy, you are good at never paying attention and presenting your boorish side in conversation. The Bible Yahovah wrote covers every aspect of life. These sixty-six letters from Yahovah are all of one context from Genesis 1:1 through the very last Amen of the Revelation of Yashua.See the personal testimony of @TLHKAJ. She saved her family without killing the man climbing through the bedroom window; without even firing a shot.
The Word of God is far better than nice to folks like me.
It’s the slayers of men who advocate Christians killing their enemies instead of loving their enemies who are on the wrong side of the Messiah. You’ll reap the death that you’re sowing if you refuse to repent.

Lost men find contradiction in the, misnamed, Old Testament and the misnamed New Testament because their Spiritual Eyes and Ears are not active due to the presence of Ruah not being there because of personal pride. There are no mistakes in scripture and Yahovah has made no error and never changed.
If it came down to it and I had to pull the trigger to keep him from harming my daughter again, I wouldn't have been condemned.See the personal testimony of @TLHKAJ. She saved her family without killing the man climbing through the bedroom window; without even firing a shot.

A MAN should be willing to lay down his life for his wife. That is scripture. Love your wife as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for it. Jesus went to the depths of hell for his "wife" ...the church. He triumphed over His enemies ....on our behalf ...because we couldn't do it. Christ likens the husband in this way.
Would you give an example of how you would walk this out in a scenario where your wife was being attacked, raped, murdered? What would it look like to give yourself for your wife in that situation?
Is Jesus God?I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
What does that have to do with killing your enemies?
Is Jesus God?
I just wanted to make sure we agreed on that point. :)I’ve explained countless times how Jesus is God. What does this have to do with the killer advocating Christians killing their enemies?
“Christians: treat your enemies as your enemies treat you.“ An antiChrist / antiChristian message.
I just wanted to make sure we agreed on that point. :)
How? Why exactly would you be slain in her place? A man raping and then murdering your wife could care less of your desire to be slain in her place. He wouldn't even turn his attention to you if you're just standing there begging him to stop. That would add to his sick pleasure. He would finish her off, then kill you. Really, that isn't horrible if you're both ready to go ...but I doubt God looks kindly on a man who allows his wife to be defiled.I would be slain in her place.

Not gonna happen. Your standing there watching is not going to stop him. That's wishful thinking. She would suffer a brutal death and then he will turn it on you because you just stood there. Granted ... leaving this world to enter eternity with Christ isn't a bad exchange. But God does require more of a man than standing by and watching and hoping his mere presence will threaten an attacker and entice him away from harming and killing his wife. However the killer was going to kill her. He was going to use a gun on her? Then he will use the gun on me. He was going to cut her with a knife? Then he will cut me with a knife. He was going to beat her with a hammer? Then he will beat me with a hammer.
