Yes, Yahavah did decide to put the whole world under, but he regretted doing so (later on he was going to put his chosen nation under materially in replacing it with a heavenly one (the great and dreadful day of the LORD). I never suggested anything about what you said though, nor do I get the idea where you get it from. I don't believe that God hated the world, at any point in time, unless you can quote that somewhere... I believe Yahavah was disappointed with his creation, and tried to start over, with those 8. He regretted what he had done. He then changed his methods of how he worked with his people whom he loved. When it comes to these things, they don't bother me as much as they do other people out here in this world. When it comes to "hating" its more of a disliking, than it is hatred in which people espouse.
