Nice Gnostic response and philosophy! God says that certain people are perfect, He commands that we be perfect, yet this is all undone and subservient to the Gnostic view of the flesh. This you cannot escape.
@Candidus yes scripture, an idol set before God, I will have no other Gods before me, and yes twisted all over just look at all these forums.

Yet it is an empirical fact that no two "Spirit Led" people agree on everything! If you find two that do, one is not thinking for themselves and is not led by the Spirit!
Truth is not all over the place. This is why it is obvious to me that you need the Scriptures! If you come out opposing and twisting truth like you do, you cannot possibly be listening to the Holy Spirit!
God's word - alive and living in God's people.
God's word - dead and binding in hearts of stone. The Pharisees had God's word but ignored justice, faithfulness and forgiveness. It was just unyielding legalism with no love.
To those who do not know love, God's word is condemnation, the fragrance of death. Such as these declare their spiritual state simply by their hatred

You just need Jesus, no.
You talk of idolatry, you have attempted to separate Jesus from who He is.
Your Jesus could be the guy next door, or the nicest man ever, a prophet, a demon, a deceiver, a blasphemer.
It is through their words and actions we know people. A real trick is to use a name and change the context. Jesus Christ is the man of scripture. You want another Jesus, that is obvious.
Many heresies start on your logic.

Jesus said something profound. To know Him is to know the Father. Jesus learnt from the Father and did alone His will from His word.
This is our example given by our Lord. Jesus as a man still had to learn and follow. It was not innate, even for God.
God as Jesus accepted our limitations, and chose our walk to show it is possible. It is why God's word is so important, it is the foundation of faith

As an artist you pour your soul into an image. It is like an extension of who one is. I know this from doing it, not as theory but as experience.
God's word is who He is. It is vulnerable, open, just, balanced, difficult, eternal, wonderful. Criticising His word, judging it is standing in judgement of God. So beware, be very careful, He is God, He can be hurt, He really does care and is unbelievably gracious. But this does have limits especially for those claiming His authority.

Doesnt include the bible.
I cannot seperate Jesus from who He is , but He isnt the bible, and the bible is not Him, He is there for you too, what are you afraid of, being called a fool. Unwilling to walk away from it all for Him, cant walk away from your religion, cant put down the bible. look up for you redemption draws nigh. Sorry Jesus too busy studying.
