What seed are we Born Again of @face2face ...the Bible...or the Living seed of God, the Living Holy Spirit?

What seed penetrates the heart/ spirit of Gods child, then takes up residence in our spirit?

Who do you think the Living word of God is...it’s not the Bible...it’s the Living Holy Spirit, ..who brings our spirit Alive in Christ, the Bible or Gods Living witness His Living Holy Spirit?

Gods word confirms the testimony of the Living Holy Spirit, @face2face ...it’s all over the Bible...I’ve posted enough scripture on the subject....
James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
We have the mind of Christ the moment our spirit is Born Again, you tell me how we can have the mind of Christ without the Spirit?...being Born Of The Spirit.

Are you reading the scripture I posted..we have the indwelling Holy Spirit in our spirit?

James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word,
The word is not words you read....Gods word is a Living word....scripture explains this.
which is able to save your souls.
The word is a Living word...Born Of The Spirit is a Living Spirit rebirth.

Reading a Bible cannot save our souls...that can only be done by the power of the Holy Spirit...it’s a Living supernatural act that only the Spirit can do..just as his word says.

Hebrews 4:12. ESV For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart

I think you are mistaking the Living word Of God with the Bible..The Bible @face2face is not Gods Living Spirit...he is Alive and Active and is everywhere...he is Gods Living witness/ testimony...the Bible confirms this.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

It will be the Spirit of God which changes your body into divine nature. For now it is the absorbtion of the Spirit Word which cleanses and renews the mind.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quicketh.
Yes , and how does he do that . By bringing our spirit Alive in Christ....why aren’t you addressing the scripture I posted?
; the flesh profiteth nothing:
Of course the flesh profit nothing...because it’s flesh...that’s why our spirit must be Born Again?
the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
Correct...Spirit and life
It will be the Spirit of God which changes your body into divine nature. For now it is the absorbtion of the Spirit Word which cleanses and renews the mind.

The Spirit does not change our body into a divine nature, there is absolutely no scripture to support this.
We are partaker Of the divine nature, we also have a new heart and spirit within....the Spirit indwells our spirit...as Gods word says.
I have also posted the words of God and not once have you addressed them....you just keep posting verses of scripture that are out of context

Please address the whole context of scripture that I post?..thank you.

@Wrangler @APAK

Psalm 89:27 "And I will make him the firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth."

Jesus was clearly not in existence at the time this passage was written, nor at the time of the creation described in Genesis. Jesus became "the Son of God with power" through his resurrection from the dead (Romans 1:4). As it is written in Acts 13:32-33, "God has raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, 'You are My Son, today I have begotten You.'" Therefore, Jesus became God's firstborn through his resurrection. Additionally, a son standing at his father's right hand is associated with being the firstborn (Genesis 48:13-16), and after his resurrection, Christ was exalted to sit at God’s right hand (Acts 2:32, ; Hebrews 1:3).

So...how would we know that we have the Spirit Of God, residing in our heart/ spirit?
We would genuinely live by - and display - the fruitages of His spirit, which are “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control.” - Galatians 5:22-24

And we certainly wouldn’t get involved with sexual immorality!

Jesus, imo..has been in existence before the foundation of the world...only not in human form....he was with the word...the word being God...

The Spirit does not change our body into a divine nature
1 Corinthians 15:53 "For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality."

What will do this Rita?

The Master was in the Mind (Logos) of God - true enough!

I couldn’t do any of that unless my spirit was Born Again, as it’s the role of the Spirit to conform me into the image of Jesus...the fruit we bear, is not our own fruit, as there is no fruit in us.

Our fruit grows from the power of the Holy Spirit, he is the fruit bearer in our hearts...he is the one who softens our heart, to bear his fruit.

I have already posted scripture showing the word of God.

We are Born Again of imperishable seed...that seed that our spirit has been Born Again Of is the Living Holy Spirit...now for a change, you tell me what that means?

Do you believe you have a Spirit besides the Word of God? Something you are born with?

This is talking about our glorified bodies....I’m talking about being Born Of The Spirit, while we are on this earth.completely separate from one another.

Please explain the difference, thank you.

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Of course I had a spirit only it was dead in sin, that was until God revived it and brought my spirit from death into his Sons life?

He brought my spirit from death in Adam to life in the second Adam..you tell me how he did that...or how would my spirit know he did that?

Maybe we need to get back on topic @face2face ...I don’t mind carrying on, unfortunately I answer your questions..you have yet to answer mine, ?

All the scripture I have posted, you have addressed none of it...

Scripture doesn’t say he was in Gods mind, or does it?

In the beginning was the word ,and the word was with God....I take that to mean that Jesus was the word, and was with God from the beginning.
John 1:1
Audio Cross Study Comm Greek
Verse (Click for Chapter)
New International Version
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

New Living Translation
In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.

English Standard Version
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Berean Standard Bible
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Scripture doesn’t say he was in Gods mind, or does it?
It uses the term "Logos," which refers to the outward expression of God's inner thoughts. This means that Jesus existed in the mind of God from the very beginning and was manifested when He was given life through Mary.

All things exist because of Logos and without Logos nothing would exist. All created things began in the Mind of God, including His Son.

I needed to understand this idea you have of being born with a dead spirit. I've never heard this before, its new. Man & Woman in nature and life are no different to the animals. So I'm wrestling with how you think you were born with something which is dead.

That’s your opinion / interpretation, doesn’t make it Gods truth.
All things exist because of Logos and without Logos nothing would exist. All created things began in the Mind of God, including His Son.

There is nowhere in scripture that says , all created things began in the mind of God, including his Son.

If it does...then show me the scripture...I’m certainly not taking your word for it.
