Hello @Aunty Jane,
Thank you for sharing your personal beliefs concerning, the subjects you brought up. People didn't come out of Hades until it was poured out and those within it were judged. I don't believe anyone goes to Hades today. I don't believe in eternal death (especially with Yeshua having overcame all death) , I don't believe in soul sleep, and those are some of my subjective personally believed beliefs. I don't feel the need to discuss them with you though but just obliged you in conveying mine with yours. Of course people are going to differ, and how many years one has studied the bible does not matter to me. Everyone will choose to believe how they will believe and that is perfectly fine with me.
To me people: die, are judged then, and are placed without or going within the City of Heavenly Jerusalem...
It may be seen differently if people don't believe Jesus has returned... people are still dying, waiting in hell, either on the paradise side or the other side, with the angels in darkness chained even further down the line reserved for judgment, the devil is still around... People are waiting in the "grave" for Yeshua to come back. A lot of things that just don't make sense to me, but it does to them, and that is okay.
Cause a persons salvation is worked out on their own, what they have faith in is worked out on their own, with God.
