It's not working. Presently they are projected to have more COVID-19 deaths per capita than the United States.

Really, I couldn’t find much info - but I didn’t think the death rate was as high, although they are a few weeks behind us and that can make a lot of difference.

@Rita I guess it's inevitable that in various parts of the world will see varying conditions of C19.

I guess though that familiarity with care facilities also means that an acute awareness of the risks is likely and necessary.

Nope the virus is just primarily an elderly disease, just like the swine flu was a young person disease and yes others can get both but not primarily. The lock down was a total farce and illegal in America. I am will to die for freedom and liberty, it means much more than a virus.

Yes, I would agree that the elderly are most vulnerable, but it is taking a high number of younger people as well, and it seems to be random with regards to factors. I would suspect that Americans don’t like being told what to do, and that’s is why the lockdown will test so many ...........deny the lockdown, if you honestly done believe the virus is as bad as you think...... let’s hope you don’t succumb, or pass it on to others.

@Rita If individuals want to endanger themselves, this is their affair, but the fact is that one can unwittingly endanger others by carrying the virus unawares. Scripture speaks of entertaining angels unawares; well, this is almost the exact opposite.

Yes, I know — and that’s the problem, we have many over here who don’t care, think they won’t get it and don’t understand that they can pass it on. They also don’t like being told what to do ..........so they rebel like children throwing their toys out of their prams !!
They are not on the front lines dealing with all this......it’s so easy to be a critic from a safe place.

I am not on the main front line yet- if the virus comes into the care home, that will be different. We are waiting the results of five tests, to see if it has. We have one resident coming back from hospital this week, so he will be high risk. I am on holiday for the next 7days xx

I read that anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 and dies is considered a COVID-19 death whether or not the virus caused the death.

For decades this was noted by some to be done for/with cancer also - even if someone died from the drugs , it was put down statistically as death by cancer.

The statistics are so skewed, I doubt that we will ever know how many people actually died from the virus itself. The same is true of the regular flu because of complications like pneumonia in some patients. I just hate to see this virus causing such panic.

I won't. As I showed you even fauci knows it is not that bad. The lockdown in America is illegal and the Governors that will not let us free to follow guidelines than they should be brought up on treason charges
