Ok this speaks of a future when Christ comes to earth. And literally has nothing to do with anyone's eternal Destiny. This earth still exists. and a new heaven and new earth had not been created yet

That's because a "new heavens" and "new earth" is not a literal one. What, you think God is going to destroy his dwelling place?

It's symbolic.

Show me where Noah, And Adam, And Elijah, and Moses and David etc etc will not be in heaven after this world is destroyed
