(If they do not; They Become “in house” black-listed, ignored, their bills rejected, and monies in the coffer for re-election with-held.)

The People at large, become FED-UP, with their Representation, Elect a new Representative, who promises to Represent all the PEOPLE....and their bills rejected, they ignored and are quickly ushered to .... get with the “in house” program and get to getting to BEG and SOLICIT “re-election” funds, and clap and Whoo Hoo, when “their senior leader” dictates their party initiatives.

Fact is: VERY FEW of the Reps Have a BACKBONE to say to the Public at Large, THAT Reps. DO NOT HAVE THE CONStItUTIONAL AUTHORITY to satisfy and create ENDLESS Agencies and Programs to satisfy the ENDLESS whims of the People.
