Leading Away from the Abortion Issues

Deuteronomy 30:19 "This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live"

Biden Judge forces VA to put 1600 self attested non citizens back on the voter rolls

Political bias in the judiciary used to be impeachable. It is a big problem when a judge's ruling can be predicted based on who appointed them. What a messed up system, which appoints activist judges while also requiring an appearance of neutrality for decorum. I'm not sure how it could be...

    Eastern meditation and Monk monestaries

I am curious how spiritual influences work, because people can be very subtilty influenced, and things like prayer and worship can help to keep us centered on God. But the wrong kings of music, movies, or negativity can wear on us.

Whether A Person’s Soul Goes to Heaven or Hell is for God to judge and not others humans to judge

It is possible to be forgiven, even for worshipers of Satan. Seen it happen twice.

New study using old maps, nuclear war not survivable in the US, 75% die in days, country extensively radiated.

Death in days for most and then starvation due to destroyed infrastructure.

Whether A Person’s Soul Goes to Heaven or Hell is for God to judge and not others humans to judge

You are not the authority on who loves and who hates. Christianity is supposed to be an alternative to the world. We can not accept people's sinful ways and be an alternative. And for the lost their sin is conflated with their identity. To confront them is to love them. For people to truly...

"Hooked" On Political Hate, Part 1

There was much strife associated with the 2020 election. Many of the instigators are no longer here, but it only takes one. Blood in the water makes for bitter drink. Even exposing the truth was not edifying. But neither would allowing the enemy's lies free rein. For this reason there was much...

When Jesus Came out the Grave, he was Born Again.

Jesus did change at the resurrection, no longer being of flesh and blood but flesh and bone. Luke 24:39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

    Should Christians Be Slandering Politicians?

Love for ones enemies is an absolute commandment. There are two types of sins pointed out in 1 John 5:16 a sin that leads to death and sins that don't lead to death. Rejection of Jesus Christ is commonly what people believe to be the sin that leads to death referred to in that scripture...

    Should Christians Be Slandering Politicians?

Yes. So much of evil governance results in people lying for fear of serious repercussions. This happened in communist countries. It is happening today for those trying to stand up to tyranny. Anarchy has become a tool for the empowered, a tool for terror, to enforce compromising ideals.

    Should Christians Be Slandering Politicians?

Remember we battle not against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities. So evil men and women gain power and abuse their authority, often in detriment to the righteous. But those people are not solely responsible, the evil spirits backing them are responsible. Granted there are...

    Should Christians Be Slandering Politicians?

Since we have the bible telling us inspired words from the Holy Spirit then a rebuke based on biblical truth is justifiable.

    Should Christians Be Slandering Politicians?

It's not slander if it is true. Also it is often that the politician's own words condemn them.

Did nature create them that way?

The same thing happens here, the born again face enough opposition in the world, in our families, everywhere we go. We want to have a refuge other than the one in our hearts. But it is probably for the best that we are made to be completely dependent on Jesus for the condition of our soul.

Did nature create them that way?

I can believe it, Judgement begins in the House of God as scripture says. Those congregations that are inclusive of evil poison themselves and alienate true believers.

Was the Transfiguration a vision, or an actual appearance of Moses and Elijah?

It was no vision, it really happened. Moses and Elijah saw the face of the Lord that day.

IS IT A SIN TO VOTE FOR A DEMOCRAT?

Unless your evil surpasses that of the Nazis you can not be a modern Democrat.

Fear Rules Christianity - True or False?

God can make great cataclysms. But that is not what is frightening about him. The most fearful thing is how small a change he can make to great effect. It is how much we live as on the edge of a knife. A rain cloud may start as wind on the sea. Should that rain fall on the crops it brings...

Fear Rules Christianity - True or False?

Animals doing strange things, surviving being swallowed, a massive flood. These are all plausible. A giant tree a mile wide or three mountains rising out of the ground without so much as a mention of an earthquake. That is ridiculous.

Fear Rules Christianity - True or False?

It doesn't say anything about him because I can't trust that it is an accurate account. The second half reads like the feats of Hercules or the story of Paul Bunyan.
