And, as I have repeatedly shown - you'd be WRONG about that.
There is NO single English translation of the original lanuages that is completely accusrate - not ONE.
Transliterations are sometimes used when there is no identical translation.
If you knew the FIRST thing about languages - you would understand this.
if you knew even one thing about the Omnipotence, sovereignty, and love of God, you would realize that He is not going to allow his unadulterated message to be lost to the church, simply because the majority of the church today speaks ands reads English.
And He is also not going to only give His unadulterated message to educated Greek and Hebrew scholars.
The educated scribes and Pharisees rejected Jesus; while the common people heard Him gladly.
...you need to google “ Andrew Farley Heb 6 and 10
Andrew Farley is a false teacher whom
@Blood Bought 1953 has heaped to himself to tell him what his itching ears want to hear. I wouldn't recommend listening to him unless you want to be deceived.
Even in
Galatians 5:19-21, it becomes clear that if anyone walks according to the flesh, they will not inherit the kingdom of God.
The Kingdom of God is "within you"< if you are born again.
You don't inherit it, later.
You are unbelievably theologically lost.
In Galatians 5:19-21 it says clearly that you won't inherit the kingdom of God if you walk according to the flesh.
Think about it.
If I do not have the Holy Spirit (am not born again), then I walk according to the flesh by default. So, if I walk according to the flesh, I will not inherit the kingdom. How then do I inherit the kingdom when I become born again? because as an unregenerated person, I have been walking according to the flesh.
"everlasting life" is not a time period that never ends,
That is ridiculous.
Are you trying to say that those who have everlasting life, they do not live for ever?
You are denying the basic promise of holy scripture (Titus 1:2).
In reference to 1 John 3....
First start with 1 John 1:8-10
1Jn 1 (NKJV)
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
⁹ If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
¹⁰ If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
Cross reference to verse 9
Rom 3 (NKJV)
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
⁹ What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
¹⁰ As it is written: "There is none righteous, no, not one;
¹¹ There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God.
¹² They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one."
So in 1 John 1 the author says there is none righteous...all have sinned. If we say we are without sin we make God a liar....
Then in chapter 3 the author seems to contradict himself....but did he?
In 1 John 1:8, John teaches us that we all have the element of sin dwelling within us; and in 1 John 1:10 he teaches us that we have all practically sinned in the past.
In 1 John 3:5-9, he teaches us that, as born again believers, we will not practically sin in the present or the future.
Is there a contradiction?
The element of sin dwelling in the sanctified believer has been rendered dead (Romans 6:6, Galatians 5:24, Romans 7:8) so that it no longer has any say over his behaviour (Romans 6:14).
Thus, a person can have sin indwelling him and yet not practically commit sins in the present or the future.
Consider.
(New Living Translation):
Rom 8:12, Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation to do what your sinful nature urges you to do.
Rom 8:13, For if you live by its dictates, you will die. But if through the power of the Spirit you put to death the deeds of your sinful nature, you will live.
As for Romans 3:9-12, it should be clear that Romans 3:10-18 is what the law says about those who are under it (Romans 3:19); and therefore if anyone is not under the law, they are exempt from the statements that are made about humanity in that passage. And clearly, believers in Christ are not under the law (Romans 6:14).
And also, Romans 3:10-18 speaks of Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin. However, there is a third group mentioned later in holy scripture (1 Corinthians 10:32)...the church of God.
