- Jesus EQUATES His Church with His very SELF (Acts 9:4-5)

- Paul refers to the Church is theFULLNESS of Christ (Eph. 1:22-23).

- He also calls the Church the “Pillar and foundation of Truth” (1 Tim. 3:15).

- Jesus gave His Church SUPREME Authority on earth – that WHATEVER it ordains on earth will also be ordained in Heaven (Matt. 16:18-19, Matt. 18:15-18, Luke 10:16 John 20:21-23).

- Jesus told the leaders of His Church that they would be led to ALL TRUTH by the Holy Spirit (John 16:12-15).

Mary queen of heaven is one of the "hymns" in the catholic church hymnal.

There are many many Christians, some Holy Spirit baptized in the Roman Catholic church. God has placed them there to evangelize those that are steeped in the traditions and twisted doctrines that have been handed down over the centuries.

Thank God for evermore if you were never caught up in any denomination.

Jesus still sends the Holy Spirit to convict both those in or outside denominations. I consider I would've been almost as bad off being saved and indoctrinated in a Baptist church as in a Roman Catholic church.

I've had countless discussions with baptists that recited by rote all the reasons why God has changed. Why he no longer does those things that were a counted for in the days, when apostles were alive. These so called protestant churches are as adamant in their minds as Catholics.

Any group denying scripture is affirming among themselves that Jesus christ has changed and has taken away what was promised. Yet the scripture emphatically states that the gifts and calling of God are without recall.

For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Men recall defective products but every gift of God is perfect and is forever.

I refuse to do any arguing with any about anti scriptural stances. If the Holy Spirit so directs me then I will speak.

He wrote me back and accepted that I had indeed been born again. However as to my experiences with being baptized in the Holy Spirit and receiving the gift of tongues he refuted.

A good man but he was steeped and set in the doctrines of the Dallas theological seminary. I've ever written another denominational or any other pastor.

Not long after Jesus saved me I went to visit and seek counsel from the Baptist pastor at Kentucky Baptist church a few miles up the road. It is one of the oldest Baptist churches west of the Mississippi. Instead of encouragement and guidance the discouraged man told me that he, was considering leaving the pulpit and returning to insurance sales. He needed the empowering of the Holy Spirit.

A few years later a pastor there burned the historic structure to the ground! He admitted when charged that he had wanted to unite the people and stir excitement. Well he did stir excitement. I don't recall if he was imprisoned. Trying to fight spiritual battles in the flesh leaves only smoldering ashes.

Attending a small country Baptist church after I was saved I needed guidance, answers to questions etc. When you're first born again you have many many questions and doubts. I asked the pastor to stop by my place of work for a talk when he had time. One afternoon he stopped by and again I found great discouragement in a man trying to fight spiritual battles with fleshly strength.

Denominations, be they any name, only serve the creations of men's hands and minds. They guide their members to their lifeless doctrines and away from God's word but they swear that they are completely adhering to the Scriptures.

Denominationalists are exactly as the proverbial blind men describing an elephant. They only tell a little of the truth but not all.
