No Satan cannot create as a creator, but he can create chaos and spiritual confusion. The Senate hearing circus is a good example right now.Do you believe that Satan can ‘create’ or is creating strictly an ability of God?

Consider all satan can create is something that already is or has already been, which means its (origin) cannot be Satan as creator. Sure he can build images of something already made. “False” idols. He can create(order)confusion of what already is. I would suggest no, Satan cannot create. I’m not even certain satan can tell time.
Ecclesiastes 1:9-10
[9] The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. [10] Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
Hi H2SI believe Satan can create every form of evil that he can think of....but the Bible even says that God created good and evil for His purpose....so satan cannot create from a non-existent to existent form of anything all he can do is pervert it and mimick it.....he does have power to perform miracles....The Book of Enoch even records how the fallen angels taught mankind how to make things and perform chants and stuff...

The Fallen Angels Instruct Humanity
The fallen angel Shemyaza, another form of Azazel, is said by Enoch to have taught humans the use of root cuttings and the magical art of enchantment; the fallen angel Armaros taught the resolving (banishing) of enchantments; Baraqijal taught astrology; Kokabiel, the knowledge of the constellations (astronomy); Chazaqiel, the knowledge of the clouds and the sky (weather lore and divination); Shamsiel, the signs of the sun (the solar mysteries); Sariel the courses of the moon (the lunar cycles used in horticulture and agriculture and the esoteric lunar mysteries); Penemuel instructed humans in the art of writing and reading; and Kashdejan taught the diagnosis and healing of diseases and the science of medicine.
So he is not a creator, but he is?
Only God can read minds.Satan is very limited IMO, i tend to see him as a warning of what we may become.
Do you believe he can read minds?
Create dreams?

I believe only God can read the mind of those... with the mind of Christ. Those with the mind of the son of perdition...don't they already have similar thoughts: hate, lie, cheat, steal, defraud brother, murder...maybe satan can read the mind of one that shares his same passions.
Hi H2S
How could you believe God created evil?
If God is all good, where is there room for evil?
ALL means all.
John said Good IS love.
1 John 4:8

Satan cannot hear our thoughts however he can plant thoughts in our mind.....negative thoughts. As far as predicting what we are thinking...only those thoughts he planted...lol....he can predict you are thinking them because our actions line up with it. :)Interesting.
Well, we are quite predictable creators.....perhaps he just predicts what we are thinking because he is so familiar with our race
Serpents don't talk. The serpent represented evil...we don't know what caused Eve to take the first bite.“I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things” (Isaiah 45:7).
This does not mean that God performs evil....but without evil then how would you know good?
Genesis Chapter 3
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
3 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What [is] this [that] thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou [art] cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Romans 5:18-20
…18Therefore, just as one trespass brought condemnation for all men, so also one act of righteousness brought justification and life for all men. 19For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous. 20The Law was given so that the trespass would increase; but where sin increased, grace increased all the more,…
Summary:
God is the creator of all things....Genesis 1-3: He created light and it separated the darkness...1In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2Now the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.…3And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4And seeing that the light was good, God separated the light from the darkness. 5God called the light “day,” and the darkness He called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.…
This light and darkness here is not the sun and moon that was created on the fourth day....
But God did create the serpent who beguiled Eve and Adam and caused the curse of sin to come upon mankind.
the scripture specifically says Genesis 3:4-5Serpents don't talk. The serpent represented evil...we don't know what caused Eve to take the first bite.

I believe we're derailing this thread since it's not about Adam and Eve.the scripture specifically says Genesis 3:4-5
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: (here is specifically says the serpent "said")
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
