Consider all satan can create is something that already is or has already been, which means its (origin) cannot be Satan as creator. Sure he can build images of something already made. “False” idols. He can create(order)confusion of what already is. I would suggest no, Satan cannot create. I’m not even certain satan can tell time.

I believe Satan can create every form of evil that he can think of....but the Bible even says that God created good and evil for His purpose....so satan cannot create from a non-existent to existent form of anything all he can do is pervert it and mimick it.....he does have power to perform miracles....The Book of Enoch even records how the fallen angels taught mankind how to make things and perform chants and stuff...

Typically creation is in the context of living beings or physical matter.

If we are refering to inventions as creations, they still need materials God created. Then they are not original creations but just a manipulation of what God made. They should be in a different category. Sure Satan can invent, or come up with ideas. I would expect him to be more capable of doing so than us.

I believe only God can read the mind of those... with the mind of Christ. Those with the mind of the son of perdition...don't they already have similar thoughts: hate, lie, cheat, steal, defraud brother, murder...maybe satan can read the mind of one that shares his same passions.

This does not mean that God performs evil....but without evil then how would you know good?

Satan cannot hear our thoughts however he can plant thoughts in our mind.....negative thoughts. As far as predicting what we are thinking...only those thoughts he planted...lol....he can predict you are thinking them because our actions line up with it. :)

1. Evil is a lesser form of good. It is not a separate force. It does not rival good - it is broken good.
2. The verse in Isaiah regarding God creating evil means that God created powerful forces that create hardship - we intepret them as evil - it is describing the sovereignty of God, not the nature of evil.
3. We do not have to know evil to know good. That is like saying we need to know a broken down car in order to appreciate and use a car that works.
