I'll tell you this Taken.
The NT is very easy to understand.
Man tends to make it difficult.
You're doing the same.
Making up your own rules, words and ideas.
Christianity was here a long time before you were.
If it is so easy to understand, as you say...why are you calling the mind the soul? And saying man does not have a spirit?
Scripture does not give you KNOWLEDGE saying those things, nor does Scripture give you the UNDERSTANDING that you claim.
The KEY is....Scripture gives you KNOWLEDGE....even the angels holy and fallen, can read the KNOWLEDGE God has given to mankind....and ANY man, saved or not has access to the KNOWLEDGE God has given mankind.
KNOWLEDGE is one thing. It is simply information.
UUNDERSTANDING is a completely different thing. It is precisely comprehending the MEANING of the KNOWLEDGE.
You just claimed the NT is VERY EASY to understand....
That simply tells me...you read the KNOWLEDGE, and very easily with your MIND figure out what the KNOWLEDGE MEANS.
That's nice.........EXCEPT THAT...
The KNOWLEDGE...is precisely Gods WORD.
And ONLY GOD can give "HIS UNDERSTANDING" of HIS OWN WORD.
And guess what?? Gods UNDERSTANDING IS NOT written in ink on paper!
And mans Understanding, (that you say is so easy) comes from a mans MIND....(which IS against God) and but Foolishness to God.
Gods Understanding comes FROM GOD, given TO a man, WHO IS "WITH" God...and SEEKS God "FOR HIS UNDERSTANDING".
THAT is precisely HOW scripture teaches, How I seek, what I have said numerous times for others TO DO, and why, it is so easy to dismiss, what the minds of men come up with.
I was explicit, and said I go to the SOURCE...
And so does APAK...and why He and I aline in agreement on so many Spiritual things.
There ARE particular things APAK has studied, and ask God for Gods Understanding...and the same with me.
Have APAK and I studied all the exact same things...probably not. But we have studied many of the same things, and sought the SAME SOURCE for HIS understanding...
He and I can exchange things, spark each others interest .... me telling him what I have learned...he doing the same....both knowing we seek the SAME source for understanding the knowledge APAK and I exchange.
We don't "COMPETE" with each other, but rather editify each other and grow in our relationship with God, and as brothers IN Christ.
God Bless,
Taken
