And so are you saying that God who is the only One Good [Mark 10:18] made the woman evil just because He did it after Gen 1:31? You need to explain yourself a little on that. Are saying that God purposely made something evil or that God made a mistake or...?
God made woman in Genesis 1:27 BEFORE it was declared that everything was good.
I do agree with your questions to @twinc
It's what I was getting at.

Adam broke the covenant, not Eve.

I agree. But , I must say I have " know" him for at least a decade now...and I have in that time seen some good posts.
A bit far and few between though.

He like riddles. :)
If you don't understand him after 10 years, what hope do I have???

God created woman at Gen 2:23 and only the potential for a woman at 1:27 - Eve was the transgressor[1Tim 2:14 - twinc

Even if you were correct you still haven't answered my questions, twinc! Where did you get the idea that Gen 1:27 was only speaking of potential: from the Holy Spirit? Careful now as you must remember what you have said about anyone having a direct link with God...

all the potential was from Adam viz tall/short, black/white, male/female, genius/idiot and who knows maybe Adam was our first bisexual - twinc

You're going to have to explain what "potential" means.
In chapter 1 of Genesis God prepares a place for His ultimate creation: Man.
First he makes the earth a livable place, he makes the heavens and the seas and the plants and the animals. Then, finally He makes man. Male and female in His image.
Genesis 1:27
He even blessed them and told them to multiply, just as the animals were to multiple, each after their own kind.
Genesis 1:28
He even told them to subdue the earth and to rule over the animals.
Genesis 1:28

This doesn't sound like potential to me. It sounds like God created a man and a woman. And, in verse 31, God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. VERY GOOD. This all happened on the 6th day of creation.

Chapter two focuses on the creation of man. He says that it is not good for man to be alone so God gives to him a helpmate. Genesis 2:17
It says HOW God made man, Genesis 2:7

As far as Eve being the transgressor as per 1 Timothy 2:14
Paul also wrote Romans 5:12 --- I guess you like 1 Timothy better?

Important points:

1. In Timothy Paul is writing to Timothy as to how women are to behave and how man is the head. This is confirmed throughout the N.T. (Ephesians). Paul is explaining why women come after men, because they were created second.
In Romans Paul is giving a theological explanation of sin and how it came into the world. Here he plainly states that Adam is responsible for sin entering the world.

A. See Genesis 3:7 --- their eyes were OPENED AFTER Adam ate of the fruit, NOT after Eve ate of the fruit.

B. I asked you to read up on the Edenic Covenant. It was made between God and Adam, NOT between God and Eve. Adam broke the covenant, not Eve.

The above is accepted by all churches. If you cannot accept it, it's for you to discover why.

common sense and logic = lacking in many Christians it seems = so what colour skin did Adam have and considering there were giants in those days how big was Adam, was he bisexual and was he a genius or an idiot to disobey God - twinc

what according to you is accepted by all churches is not acceptable to anyone but you it seems - at Gen 2:17 you correctly stated Adam was alone and yet you state Eve was created before that - the covenant was between GOD and mankind[humankind]which includes womankind imho - twinc

What difference does it make?
What would change in the grand scheme of things?
You think you could understand God with your common sense?

Well, dear twinc, it could be your honest opinion, but you're wrong.
I taught the covenants a couple of times and I know for sure that I'm right.
Look it up, don't ever take anybody's word for anything.

As to the creation story of man...Genesis 1 and repeated in Genesis 2 as I explained,,,
Remember that male and female were created only one time, so pick the chapter you enjoy more,
But God created everything good,,,He is light, and in him there is no darkness.
1 John 1:5
Genesis 1:31

yes of course - how else - so where did or could the giants have come from or the white races or black races of the human race - simple so simply simply believe which Jesus said was and would be very difficult if not impossible for most adults - so see for yourself how right He was - twinc

There are different ideas.
Adam and Eve were the first. Then came others.
