God gave Adam and Eve the free will to either eat of the fruit or not eat of the fruit.
So Free Will must be good, just as God declared.

Then why would God do something not good?
Why didn't He just not cause them to eat the fruit?
no no not God but the woman - so you see what results when scriptures are incorrectly interpreted - the woman was not created very good - twinc
This is the first I've heard of this.

I think that you will find that at the end of God's creating days...HE pronounced it very good.
The woman was within man..therefore ALL that God did was good!
What God says, He says.
no doubt and what He does not say He does not say - according to my scriptures woman was created after God declared everything 'very good or even good' - not I but did GOD have a problem with women which was only rectified when HE created Mary as very good imho - twinc
it seems you do not know or accept what He really said - as for being a nice guy have you taken [the good test] via google - it seems not - you poor soul doubting God - twinc

In Genesis 1:27 God created man male and female.
In Genesis 1:31 God beheld that it was very good.
If you want to go by Genesis 2, we can say that Eve came out of Adam.
They were the same. They had the same preternatural gifts; Adam had nothing that Eve did not have.
The fall of man happened because Adam ate the fruit, NOT because Eve ate of it.
See Genesis 3:6-7. Their eyes were opened after Adam ate, not before.
But we digress,,,isn't this thread about free will?
not at all - the woman was the transgressor there as here - yes ADAM or the man represents human kind and carries x[male] and y[female]chromosomes whilst the woman carries only yy[female] - that is why there should be no women priests representing humans imho = Gen 1:27 says nothing about the female who was created after Gen 1:31 - twinc

I agree. But , I must say I have " know" him for at least a decade now...and I have in that time seen some good posts.
A bit far and few between though.

And so are you saying that God who is the only One Good [Mark 10:18] made the woman evil just because He did it after Gen 1:31? You need to explain yourself a little on that. Are saying that God purposely made something evil or that God made a mistake or...?
