Taking one of the heads out for a walk and a breath of fresh air. How can this be sinful?
ALL CHRISTIANS DO THIS................right?

Does the Bible condemn the men for digging up Elisha's grave?2 Kings 13
21 So it was, as they were burying a man, that suddenly they spied a band of raiders; and they put the man in the tomb of Elisha; and when the man was let down and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet.
Oh yeah, it's all so clear to me now. This verse gives people permission to dig up dead people and put them on display. Why didn't I see that before?
Ummmm, show me a single verse of Scripture that condemns honoring the dead.Taking one of the heads out for a walk and a breath of fresh air. How can this be sinful?

Ummmm, show me a single verse of Scripture that condemns honoring the dead.
Show me where it says you can ask them to speak for you.
Here you go, Einstein:Show me where it says you can ask them to speak for you.
He ignores them - like his fellow anti-Catholic, Bbyrd009.Job,

Or do you ignore the ones you can't answer?

It's a sin because the catholics are teaching that it ok to have activities in the church that include displaying dead bodies and asking them to speak on ones behalf.
Who are they asking them to pray for? It's a sin because the catholics are teaching that it ok to have activities in the church that include displaying dead bodies and asking them to speak on ones behalf.
Who are they asking them to pray for?
Are they asking the person in Heaven - or the dead corpse?
Remember - this question is part interogative and part IQ Test . . .
Here you go, Einstein:
Rev. 5:8
And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.
This clearly shows those in Heaven taking our prayers to God.
YOUR turn . . .
Who are they asking them to pray for?
Are they asking the person in Heaven - or the dead corpse?
Who are the people in Heaven being spoken of???Boy you sure like the name calling. I put you at about 13 or 14, 15 max.
Nothing in that verse says we are allowed to speak to the dead. Try again.
Orthodox Blessing of an Icon
O Lord God, You created man in Your image, but the Fall darkened its brilliance. By the Incarnation of Your Christ become Man, You restored the image and thus re-established Your Saints in their first dignity. In venerating Your Saints we venerate Your image and likeness. Through them, we glorify You as their archetype.
I'll ask you again:When all else fails, act stupid.
