6 He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. (2 Corinthians 3:6)

What is this "New Covenant" Paul speaks of and what are the Covenantal terms and conditions?
[2Co 3:6 KJV] 6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

The new testament is not the same as the new covenant but they are interrelated. The new testament required the death of the testator and put into force the new covenant. The new covenant is made only with Israel

[Heb 8:10 KJV] 10 For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

The new testament is in a sense a new covenant in that in the first testament God made covenant with Israel.

Paul is not saying the body of Christ is under the new testament just as we werent under the first testament

Pau; is saying God made him able to minister the Spirit (2 Corinthian 3:3 3:8)

How does it relate to the Eucharistic "new covenant in Jesus's blood" spoken of by Jesus in Luke 22:20 and by Paul in 1 Corinthians 11;25?
Jesus shed his blood to forgive the iniquities Israel committed under the first testament (Hebrews 9:15)
Paul revealed that his blood was also applied to the body of Christ
Paul also was an able minister of the new testament to reveal that the body of Christ has received the spiritual; things of Israel (Romans 15:27)

Paul is the Apostle to the Gentiles. The Corinthians are Gentiles. What are the terms and conditions of this "New Covenant" relationship in 2 Corinthians 3:6 and 1 Corinthians 11:25?
If you are using the new covenant as being the new testament then the church today Paul is saying we also have received salvation by his blood

Romans 9:4 says covenants....plural
Yes, God made more than one promise to Israel. The universal covenant, however, is the one between Christ and his followers.
Nowhere does Paul say the body of Christ is in a covenant relationship
The good news of eternal life applies to a select group of people who all share one thing in common: those whom God has called out from among humanity, indicating his will through sanctification by the Spirit. Jesus refers to this as being "born again" or "born from above." Paul refers to this as the "spirit-giving life", and Peter refers to it as "born to a living hope."

1 Corinthians 3:5-6 Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God, who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Please show me a verse that says otherwise

[Heb 8:10 KJV] 10 For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

The new covenant is made with Israel only

Your quote of Hebrews 8:10 is focused on the covenant that God will make with Israel in the future. One day, God will put his law on their hearts, but he hasn't done this yet. Paul will later argue, in Romans 11, that the Gentiles were grafted onto that covenant.

The Gentiles grafted in are those who are part of the believing remnant of Israel not of Paul

Gentiles are not Israel.
The Gentiles that believed the name of Jesus (Acts 10:43) and received the Holy Spirit (Acts 10:45). were made members of the believing remnant of Israel (Romans 11:5)

These are the Gentiles Paul says are grafted into Israel

[Rom 11:17 KJV] 17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

These Gentiles were not under covenant....if they were they would not have had to meet in Acts 15 to determine if they had to follow the law of the covenant (Acts 15:5)

We are not grafted into Israel. We are grafted into the New Covenant.

We are not grafted into Israel. We are grafted into the New Covenant.
The remnant of Israel believed that Jesus was Christ the Son of God
Jesus went only to Israel at first
In Acts 10 Gentiles believed and were added to the remnant.....we are not grafted into Israel nor are we grafted into the new covenant,,,we are placed into the body of Christ

Acts 10 doesn't say they were added to Israel.

They weren't added to Israel they were placed in the believing remnant. of Israel...the Israel of God
[Act 10:47 KJV] 47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

I don't see the concept of the remnant in Acts 10.

I don't see the concept of the remnant in Acts 10.
To Paul Jesus revealed the church, the body of Christ which revealed a new creature in which there was neither Jew or Gentile.......this church was not formed before Paul.
Before Paul's revelations he persecuted the church of God which believed only on the name of Christ, that he was the Christ the Son of God.....this is what Peter preached and this is what the Gentiles believed in Acts 10
This is the church Jesus called the little flock....not all of Israel believed
