what exercises are best for pulumonary phycial strength .
They have me on a stepping machine twice a week. There are a few other exercises I do at home. In addition, I have a little breathing device which measures how much air I breath in. I am supposed to use it regularly during the day. Since they removed part of one lung 2 years ago, I have never fully recovered. Hopefully these exercises will help. My granddaughter suggested that I try to play my harmonic again. The last time I tried, I could not play it and breathe enough. I'll have to dig through things to find the harmonica.

I am 66 with thinning hair, but so far very vigorous. I did have a 9 month bout of PMR, which was tough, but God completely healed me and been back to myself now for several years. PMR is a tough condition where the pain is felt where tendons join to muscles, so not the joints, but an inflammation around the joints.

I can do it all, as if I was younger. Actually pretty strong, 6 foot 4" tall, can lift 400 pound motor blocks up in a dead lift.
But yeah, who knows what will happen.

Life hangs by a thread at every moment.
Few years ago, I had a medical evaluation due to signing up for term life for the wife, and was told I was healthier than 95% of the population, so I got the best rates.

Even if the outward man perishes, the inner man is renewed day by day.
Even so my friend. In spite of my diminishing physical abilities, I have never missed my time with the Lord each morning. I am striving to increase my time with Him during the remainder of the day. Without Him I am in trouble.
Moses lived in his full strength until God took him home.
Abraham was strengthened in faith even though his body was about dead, and then he lived a good long time after that birth of Isaac.
God is able to make our bodies live a lot longer than is natural, if HE wills it so.
But even so like Paul said He would rather be at home with the Lord.

My mom recently died at 89 almost 90, and I am happy to say she was in the faith and saved. And she had a stroke and died soon after, no lingering in the body.
My mother died when she was 83, but her mother made it to 100 years.
Romans 4
16 Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be [d]sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all 17 (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; 18 who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.”

19 And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. 20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 22 And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
Years ago, my wife began calling me Moses, because I was shy around people... but when a good conversation about God and the things of God will suppress that shyness very quickly.

PMR is an auto immune condition, no one really knows why.
Rheumatoid arthritis is also autoimmune, but I tested negative for that and positive for PMR, hit me out of the blue, and glad it is gone.
My case hit hard and fast, and when it left it also left fast, was unusual, but I also have had unusual medical history and always have had good outcomes, so far. I ask God for help with everything, everyday mostly.

No, I felt it was not good.
So when they asked me why not, I said it was experimental.

I don't mind medical doctors, but I avoid as much as I can.

Of course. Prince Michael is literally God's Firstborn/First-created Son and was the very first thing God made; the beginning of the creation of God (Rev. 3:14). Everything and everyone else was created by God with and THROUGH Prince Michael/Christ (Heb. 1:1-9), teaching Christ everything in the process (John 5:19-20). That's why Prince Michael has the title of Christ (the Anointed One) and is the Great Prince/heir to the Throne.
Rebuttal Scripture:

Heb 1:3-5 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. (4) So He became as far superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is excellent beyond theirs. (5) For to which of the angels did God ever say: “You are My Son; today I have become Your Father”? Or again: “I will be His Father, and He will be My Son”?

The child in innocence is still empty of the garbage of men that will fill up the spaces as time goes by without Him.

The ones who continue to play with their toys when it is time to do God's work. When is it time to do God's work?
... what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come" John 2:4

But then... "Fill the waterpots with water... Draw out now, and bear them to the governor of the feast." John 2:7-8

And then the question of what to do:
"...What shall we do, that we might do the work of God?
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him who he hath sent." John 6:28-29

Does it?
LOVE all that the Lord God has for us

Paul was speaking of when we leave this earth and are in the Heaven/Heavenly Jerusalem we will have no more need of the
Gifts of the Holy Spirit which will be considered 'toys' compared to the MATURITY that awaits us = "Face to Face"
"Face to Face" is a Marriage Term

Read what the verse says and stop making up your own slanted version of the truth!

  • Prepare the way of the LORD;

If the scripture read prepare the way of the servant of the LORD, then you would have a point, but since it plainly says … Prepare the way of the LORD; you have no business twisting the scripture to change the meaning!

The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. As it is written in the Prophets:
“Behold, I send My messenger before Your face,
Who will prepare Your way before You.”
“The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
‘Prepare the way of the LORD;
Make His paths straight.’ ”
Mark 1:1-2
JLB: the Greek transliterated word 'kurios' means one in authority, supreme, a title of authority and not necessarily YHWH. In fact most translations do not write 'LORD" as you did, they write 'Lord.' In fact because it really refers to the Son of God, or God's servant in authority I prefer it be 'lord' to completely be it clear that it's not God Almighty, and not ambiguous.

One has to look at the context in Mark 1 and know before making a final decision of who the subject is, as John the Baptist made way for the Son of God and not God himself.

All you have to do is become like a little child before the FATHER the LORD the HOLY SPIRIT and pray/ask

The number 3 is the Signature of Elohim in the Scriptures.

TRUTH begins in Genesis chapter 1

In the beginning Elohim.......Elohim is Plural and literally 'Gods'

Genesis 1:26 - Let Us make man in Our image according to Our likeness = 3

The Apostle John knew this and thus why he begins the Gospel with Genesis chapter 1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
He was in the beginning with God. = here are 2 Elohim = FATHER and His WORD

And John bore witness, saying,
“I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him." = Here is the 3rd Elohim

Signature of Elohim = Isaiah 6:
3
“Holy,
Holy, Holy is the Lord of hosts; = 3
The whole earth is full of His glory!

Signature of Elohim = Revelation 4:8
“’Holy, Holy, Holy = 3
is the Lord God Almighty,’ = 3
who was, and is, and is to come.” = 3

It is all throughout the Gospel and the Apostles writings

SHALOM my Brother who is in the True and Living Elohim
