You need far more than a name to save us from eternal damnation ..you need to be Born Again, only then are we saved from eternal damnation...you put saved before Born Again.,if one is saved, then they should know by Gods Living testimony that they are Born Again in their spirit..

You need the Spirit to birth our spirit, believing in Jesus in human understanding does not birth your spirit.only Gods Living testimony can perform that supernatural act, the Holy Spirit.

To believe that Jesus truly existed, our spirit must be birthed, we must have the Living witness of God , testifying that truth to our spirit, our spirit comes alive when it’s been birthed by the Spirit Of God.

Becoming Born Again is all of God, nothing to do with you.,we were chosen ,predestined to become a child of God, just like Jesus, he never chose to be the Messiah, just like us he was chosen before the foundation of the world..I had 100% no say in my spirit birth...God chose me to witness of his truth and that’s exactly what I’m doing, by his Living testimony who indwells my heart/ spirit..he is the one testifying Gods truth out of my mouth..not me.

Tell me how I know that God is who he says he is..just by human reasoning or by reading a Bible,seriously,you need much more than that, you tell me how you know that God is a Living supernatural Spirit, you tell me how you or I could possibly know that?

Like I’ve already explained..if one believes who Jesus was in their heart / spirit...then it must be reborn, reading it and posting scripture doesn’t make it so in our heart/ spirit.,..we must be birthed in our spirit, to know our Spirit Father God.
Human belief is no belief at at all....I was given proof of who Jesus was by supernatural divine heart revelation ..when my spirit was reborn, I never asked for that birth....I had no say in the matter.

Praise God that he chose to reveal himself to my spirit, that I am his child, that I will be obedient to what he wants me to preach, let your truth come forth out of my mouth Father God....in Jesus Name..Amen!

You know Ritajanice, that is something he and other pro-trinitarian posters never notice….we acknowledge Jesus as “the son of God”, which is what he called himself. (John 10:31-36) No one is denying that the son is the son…..

A son is the product of his father, who naturally existed before him. Why would God call his relationship with an equal being “father and son”….? He was God’s son before being born into the human race. Col 1:15-17 plainly states that he was before all creation, because he was used by his God to fashion all that exists, in heaven and on earth. He is “before all things” because he is “the firstborn of all creation”.

Humans know this relationship only as God created us to know it. If they were equals, why not just use different names? It would have made things a lot simpler….but they are simple if you just take Scripture as it is written without reading things into verses that are simply not there?

It only reads that way in the KJV….modern translations show that this is not the way it reads in other manuscripts…it’s a copyist error…….most copyists’ errors are additions to the text rather than omissions. Bible scholars today agree that the last twelve verses of the Gospel of Mark (16:9-20) and the first eleven verses of the eighth chapter of the Gospel of John 8:1-11 were not part of the original writings. And the words “in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” were not in the originals….I have already dealt with it on this thread.

You don’t have to beat people up with the Bible nor do you need to threaten anyone as if your words alone can infiltrate a hard and stubborn heart….the truth is the truth, no matter who says it, and only God can open a heart to receive it. Jesus warned that people would hate those who promoted the truth and would tell lies about them …
Matt 5: 11-12…”Happy are you when people reproach you and persecute you and lyingly say every sort of wicked thing against you for my sake. 12 Rejoice and be overjoyed, since your reward is great in the heavens, for in that way they persecuted the prophets prior to you.”

You can tell by the way they lose their cool that they are desperate and feeling like they are losing the argument, thus the fear factor is employed…..”you won’t get into heaven”…….ooooh how scary…

Jesus also said in John 15:18-21…
”If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. 19 If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, for this reason the world hates you. 20 Keep in mind the word I said to you: A slave is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you;if they have observed my word, they will also observe yours. 21 But they will do all these things against you on account of my name, because they do not know the One who sent me.”

You see, the haters don’t know the one who sent Jesus….they serve a different god…..one made up by an apostate church over three hundred years after Jesus died….yet they still cling to this unscriptural lie.The tenacity with which it is embraced shows how ingrained this is in their psyche….You are not saved unless you believe Jesus is God…..if that were true, it would be all over Jesus’ teachings, but he never once mentioned it.
