Please don't change what Gods Word says and make it say something entirely different
Can you please show me, where I changed the word of God? Thank you.

May we discuss below here?

So you don't believe that Gods favorite person in the bible was a born again believer. This unbelief of Gods Word is very troubling to me, I will pray for you.
I believe the Spirit was upon him, I don’t believe that he was permanently indwelled by the Holy Spirit..I believe that could only happen after the death and resurrection of Jesus.

I would have posted this on the other thread that we are also discussing ,you and I?
could you let me know if it’s inline with the other topic?

But nobody likes to hear about Gods hatred of the world.

"for GOD.. so loved the WORLD.... that He gave"..........JESUS.

So, God does not hate the world........its the evil that is in the world, that is the issue.

So, when you want to know what God hates ......

16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

I'm sure your aware that God hates people before they are even born, as in Romans 9:13 Yes I know most Christians hate this truth but God said it so you must reject Gods Word if you want to run with this heretical idea that God only has one attribute, and He can't do anything but love child raping murderers.
Please show me where it says, in the scripture below, that God hates people before they are even born?
Did you mean the whole human race that he hates?

Where in this scripture does it say, that God hated Esau, before he was born, thank you.

I have a very hungry heart to know God’s truth...my heart is humble imo to learn, before the Lord..he knows our sincerity of heart, he can never be deceived.

Short commentary.

First, a careful reader may notice that the common paraphrase “God loved Jacob and hated Esau before they were born” isn't actually what the verse says. Rather, God declared that “The elder will serve the younger” before they were born. Then it adds “As it is written” and proceeds with the controversial “hate” passage.

Malachi 1:3-14

King James Version

3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.
4 Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the Lord of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the Lord hath indignation for ever.
5 And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, The Lord will be magnified from the border of Israel.
6 A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the Lord of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?
7 Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of the Lord is contemptible.
8 And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith the Lord of hosts.
9 And now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the Lord of hosts.
10 Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the Lord of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.
11 For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the Lord of hosts.
12 But ye have profaned it, in that ye say, The table of the Lord is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible.
13 Ye said also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith the Lord of hosts; and ye brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith the Lord.
14 But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the Lord of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.

Hello @Christian Soldier .

Did I say that God was only a God of Love?

Romans 5:8

New International Version

8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
You have said a lot about Gods love but you haven't said anything about His hatred of sinners. You even claim that God loves those outside of Christ, but you didn't identify who they are. So I could conclude that you believe God just loves everyone without exception, but there's is nothing in the bible to support this false doctrine.

You quote Romans 5:8 but you failed to identify who it's referring to, does that little word "us" in the verse, refer to everyone without exception???, or is is speaking about Gods "elect". If it refers to everyone without exception, then God has a major personality disorder, because He torments those He loves in the fires of hell for all eternity. Can you now see the problem with this God who loves everyone, unconditionally.

Wow, I'm surprised that you don't even know the basic rules which apply to bible study. You don't even know who Peter's second epistle was written to, so you don't even know the context of the scripture you're attempting to abuse.

God said that He would add the plagues we read about in the book of revelation to those who add or take away for His Word. So it's a very serious sin to do so. God will cast those who do this into the lake of fire.

Peter never wrote any letters to the heathen, so please don't twist Gods Word to make it say he did. It's highly offensive to God and His Elect Saints.

4:10). Yet we also read verses like Psalm 5:5, which state that God hates not only wicked deeds, but also the people who do them. John 3:17 tells us that anyone who has not repented and received Christ stands condemned already under the holy anger of God against sin. Although He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked (Ezekiel 33:10), the Lord must and will judge sinners, which includes everyone since all have sinned (Romans 3:23).

Of course all of the above is Gods word and true, but, once again these people who do such evil acts ,are still not beyond redemption...

God is a God Of long suffering ,as his word says...He wants “ ALL” to come to repentance.

Wow.Brother,, I have been led to believe that a saint of God, are to think lowly of themselves, to be a humble witness for the Lord,

Look at this short commentary as well.

In general, saints are believed to be good examples of how people should live, or what people should do. Saintly Qualities Examples may include: holy, kind, humble, respectful, obedient, loving, caring, brave,
compassionate, selfless person, help others, never do anything that can hurt anyone, forgiving.

Also @Christian Soldier

8. The elect are instructed to clothe themselves with nine things: compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, forgiveness, love, peace, and gratefulness.

I will jump ship and join you Arminians immediately, if you show me one single false doctrine in Calvinism.
False Doctrine of Total Depravity - how in the world are humans so depraved that we can't choose to turn from sin and ask God to give us power to obey, but the most depraved being that has ever existed chose to obey God and:

> not kill Job
> depart from Jesus in the wilderness

As I've said many times, here is yet another point upon which Calvinism dies the death it deserves and all that's left is to give it a proper burial.

Colossians 3
Berean Standard BiblePar ▾
Put On the New Self
(Ephesians 4:17–32)
1Therefore, since you have been raised with Christ, strive for the things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 2Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4When Christ, who is youra life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.
5Put to death, therefore, the components of your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires, and greed, which is idolatry. 6Because of these, the wrath of God is coming on the sons of disobedience.b 7When you lived among them, you also used to walk in these ways. 8But now you must put aside all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.
9Do not lie to one another, since you have taken off the old self with its practices,10and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. 11Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, or free, but Christ is all and is in all.
12Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. 13Bear with one another and forgive any complaint you may have against someone else. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14And over all these virtues put on love, which is the bond of perfect unity. 15Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, for to this you were called as members of one body. And be thankful.
16Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. 17And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Sorry, but I can't make any sense of the above comments. So I can only conclude that these comments are just your own private views which cannot be supported by any scripture at all.

Why does God cast the vast majority of those whom He loves (according to you), into hell to be tormented for all eternity. See your private opinion falls flat on it's face right there. It just doesn't make any sense at all.

Your other private opinion regarding Gods hatred doesn't make any sense either. You're trying to say that God hates the human eye, the human tongue, human hands, the human heart, the huma feet. He created all of these and He said they are good, so it's ludicrous to suggest that God hates the good things He created, so your argument falls flat on it's face right there as well.

You then go on to say that God loves the false witness but He hates lies. This is ludicrous in the extreme, if God loves false witnesses but hates their lies, then I reject such a god as foolish and hypocritical. So now we have established the god you believe in hates material but loves spiritual evil.

I've asked this confused Calvinist to explain how it is humans are too "Totally Depraved" to choose to turn from sin and obey God, but Satan (who is the very personification of Total Depravity) was able to obey God's commands to not kill Job and to depart from Him in the wilderness of temptation. He can't, but he won't abandon Calvinism.

Also, after he rejected my explanation that "hate father and mother" means "prefer less" and not necessarily to "loathe" them, I asked him to explain how it is we're supposed to "hate without love" our own father and mother if they aren't yet in Christ, but "love" a pagan, non-brethren neighbor stranger who would rescue us if we fell among theives. His response is the same.

He doesn't care about hermeneutical consistency or unanswerable arguments that disprove his beliefs, so debating him is as uselss as arguing with a stop sign.

Your false Arminian doctrine is exposed when you apply the light of scripture to it. If you ever read the book of Job for yourself instead of listening to your Arminian Shepherd, you would know that Satan came before God asking for permission to kill Job. But God did not allow him to do what he wanted, which proves that Satan doesn't have any fee will and neither does anyone else.

So I have exposed your false doctrine once again and Calvinism reigns supreme. God said you are born dead in your sin, a dead man can only stink until he gets a proper burial, so you have bee thoroughly exposed again.

Yes, Satan "asked to kill Job" but then expected Job to "curse" God while dead...right? LOL
Satan doesn't have any fee will and neither does anyone else.
Satan had free will to start a war in heaven, but didn't have free will to kill Job?

Make no mistake, Satan CHOSE to obey God when He commanded him to spare Job's life just as he CHOSE to depart from Jesus in the wilderness.

And now, answer the question: how is it that the one who wrote the book on "Total Depravity" is able to choose to obey God, but "totally depraved" humans who can't hold a candle to Satan are not able to choose to repent?

So I have exposed your false doctrine once again and Calvinism reigns supreme. God said you are born dead in your sin, a dead man can only stink until he gets a proper burial, so you have bee thoroughly exposed again.
