People please stop spreading the rapture heresy.

The rapture is a lie and it’s covering up one of the most important and uplifting doctrines in the Bible. That doctrine is BELIEVERS IN CHRIST NEVER DIE.

Enoch is the model for how all believers leave this world. ENOCH DIED but he did not SEE his death because he was taken to heaven and then his body fell to the ground DEAD.

We’re told in Hebrews that Enoch did not SEE death.

Heb 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Then a few verses later we are told that ENOCH DIED along with all the other saints mentioned in Hebrews 11.

Heb 11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

We should comfort one another with these words not turn those words into a lie.

You condemn the rapture entirely despite the bible teaching the concept through Paul. That is pure ignorance. It is the version of the rapture known as pre-trib rapture which is false, not the biblically true teaching of a rapture happening at the second coming. Study more, teach less.

Paul doesn’t preach a rapture, Paul teaches the translation of Gods people from this world to the next.

If you believed your Bible you would agree with me.

Nah, I'd have to read that for myself. Can you point to it? Where does it say the dead "float up to heaven" as their body drops to earth?

so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto those who look for Him shall He appear the second time without sin, unto salvation.
Jesus will rapture those that believe and are looking for Him and if you are not looking for Him you are not going==all your choice. Those that reject and are not looking for the rapture get to be left behind for seven years of the great tribulation!!!==NO FUN!!

Enoch is the example. Enoch was taken to heaven yet Enoch died. How did the writer of Hebrews know Enoch died? Because people witnessed his dead body.

Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

The rapture can’t be reconciled with that verse. In fact that verse says the rapture is impossible.

Bah. You don't even know Paul taught the rapture using the Greek word for rapture which is harpazo. They also don't go from this world to the next either. Paul taught they are taken to the clouds which are part of this same old Earth.

Im not arguing that there’s no “harpazo” I’m arguing that all believers participate in it not just elite Christian’s in the “end times”.

No, you clearly did by saying this, "Paul doesn’t preach a rapture". Paul does preach a rapture! It is a post-trib rapture at the second coming and all Christians still alive at that time experience it.

I'm guesing that half of Christians will be hind. Because the parable of the foolish virgins. Five were wise and were ready, five were foolish and not ready.

Those left behind may still get saved but will prolly be martyred. Revelation says something about these are those who cane through great tribulation. (The souls under God's throne/altar?)

I just did some digging in my Concordance and it says Enoch was and then he was not for God took him... and (was) not said not one thing about death

And in Hebrews it said and he was not found. So, that doesnt sound like his body fell over dead or else he would have been found.

??

Why are asking for this, it’s in the OP
Enoch:
>now up in heaven
>enjoying the privilege of heavenly citizenship
>enjoying the company of perfect heavenly beings
>enjoying the peace and tranquility of the divine glory
>enjoying the sweet water of the River of Life and the delicious fruit from the Tree of Life
>enjoying being "absent from the body and present with the Lord" for all eternity...

...is still considered one "not having received the promises"?

All I'm saying is that if a blind man can see Enoch has absolutely received just about every one of God's promises He has to offer, do you think "these all died" could be as inapplicable to Enoch as "not having received the promises"?

I agree. The OP is not taking into consideration "these all died" does not apply to Enoch any more than "not having received the promises" since he's very much received the promise of eternal life.

None of the Christians are left behind in the parable though/ The foolish went to hell not to the GT where they get a second chance. The bible never says anyone is left behind at the rapture. 100 percent of Christians are raptured at the time of the event. The rest belong top satan and like the foolish virgins, they go to hell.

Let me see if I can clarify this. Paul teaches a harpazo, a catching away to heaven of each and every believer as it’s time to leave this world and go to heaven.

The rapture heresy hijacks that idea and claims there will be a corporate snatching away at the end of time.
