Before Adam was caused to become Spiritually Alive, he was only a body made of dirt.

Its the Spirit, that lives IN the BODY, that is the LIFE..........and once your body is buried or cremated, you will continue.
Its only your body that they are going to bury or cremate.

The GRAVE is not the end of you @theJW ...., its the eternal DOOR that leads your Spirit into God's ETERNITY, and if you are not born again before your body dies....., your spiritual eternity wont be found with God's Family.

Jws have a much better teaching---
Michael the archangel's life- force was put into Mary's ovum and Michael went out of existence.
That impersonal life-force did nothing per watchtower teachings that anyone can find.
But when Jesus was baptized He became Christ and Lord.
When Jesus was crucified, that impersonal life- force went back to heaven and Jehovah used it again to to recreate Michael who you now refer to as, Jesus- even though the man, Jesus is dead forever, & dissolved into gases.

Jesus returned in 1914 invisibly-- and He chose the watchtower as best church in 1919, so only they have truth, because they are "the Truth" and only they a preach a new gospel of the kingdom-The 1914 gospel of paradise earth. Which Jws are to preach as works.

All of that took place so that when a JW dies physically they have paid their sin debt to Jehovah.
But since Michael/Jesus died to pay for Adamic sin to pave the way so a Jws can have a chance to--
live on a paradise earth for 1000 yrs with JW leaders and Michael/ Jesus et al ruling over them,
but if they sin once- boom dead.

Where as basic Christianity is simple- We preach Christ crucified. - And RISEN- His death paid for our sins, so we may walk in new life, being born of the Spirit who worship God in the Spirit and Truth in Christ- our good works result from our faith-.
We receive everlasting life in Christ as the free gift of God.

Old Testament Saints, who were covered by God's atonement, which at that time, came as animal blood or as "faith is counted as righteousness".. didnt go to Hell.
They went to "paradise" or what the bible refers to as "Abraham's Bosom".

If you own a bible, .. turn it to a Gospel and read what Jesus said to the Dying Thief, who had believed in Him.

Jesus told Him... "today, you will be with ME... in paradise"...... not Heaven.

See that?

That's where Adam and Eve and all the OT Saints went, except for those like Elijah.
