No, even Paul taught that we are buried with him through baptism. You cannot be buried with him unless you are baptized in his name. You guys are just lazy. Too lazy to go fill a tank and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins. Lazy, lazy lazy.
You believe in salvation by works and not by faith.
All also see you condemn all believers who were not baptized. In your baptism requirement for salvation. what formulary of words work, and which ones are no good. Full immersion, partial, rivers only? Puddles or pools ok or not? A certain age requirement? What of a child who has not been baptized, doomed to hell fire?

And why do you assume people are not baptized?

We have the forgiveness of sins being justified by Christ's blood through the means of faith, not water baptism

Romans 3

God’s Righteousness Through Faith

21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all [f]and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified [g]freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a [h]propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Boasting Excluded

27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is [i]justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. 29 Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, 30 since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.

Romans 5
8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 10 For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

Serious problem is thinking all baptism is full water immersion baptism performed as a work of righteousness by one man to other men, and that is what saves a person.

Baptism that saves is the one performed by God's Holy Spirit

Anyone who cannot discern the body of Christ is acting out the part of a wolf, dividing the body of Christ, seeking to scatter the sheep and consume them.

1 Cor 12

12 For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink [g]into one Spirit. 14 For in fact the body is not one member but many.

15 If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? 16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling? 18 But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. 19 And if they were all one member, where would the body be?

20 But now indeed there are many members, yet one body. 21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary. 23 And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty, 24 but our presentable parts have no need. But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it, 25 that there should be no [h]schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. 26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.

27 Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.

Christendom has declared war on Acts 2:38. It is it is a bizarre thing to see. We are definitely living in the last days. If you post the verse or even attempt to elaborate on it, you get swarmed with folks that have spent their life fighting it. It is weird that the New Testament church practiced it and most Christians despise it.

Obeying Acts 2:38 is the only plan of salvation

I don’t think most professing to be a Christian “despise” that…

Rather…there is a Conundrum that is “confusing” to non-Christians…AND even those “claiming to be Christian” AND those “claiming others Are Christians”.

Christian IS A VERY BROAD term…
* Meaning…a person Learning About Christ Jesus…
* Meaning…following Christ Jesus’ teachings.
* Meaning…following Christ Jesus’ teachings, and wavering in belief and doubt.
* Meaning…following Christ Jesus’ teachings and having an “Uncommitted” belief.
* Meaning…following Christ Jesus’ teachings and having a Mindful Belief.
* Meaning…following Christ Jesus’ teachings and having a Heartful Confessed Committed Belief.

Salvation is a GIFT offering from God…given the Hebrews, the Tribes of Israel, and Any Gentile who elected to Accept Belief IN God Almighty and His Word.

^^ PER Hebrew / Tribal /Jewish LAW…ANY man WHO believes, follows, keeps, practices, continues following…those laws, traditions…SHALL BE…
** Forgiven, Soul SAVED, Spirit QUICKENED WHEN his BODY Physically Dies…
AND…God SHALL RAISE UP that mans BODY in perfected Glory, with his saved soul, quickened spirit…returned to that glorified BODY…and BE JUDGED..Acceptable unto God…and BE SENTENCED…To Spend eternity with God.

A BETTER Gift Offering was Offered BY God, by, through, of Christ Jesus, TO ALL men OF the World…(Jew or Gentile)…TO freely Choose to ACCEPT or REJECT.

THIS OPTION…IS an offering, TO:
Receive Forgiveness…
Receive The Lords OFFERING of SALVATION
……BEFORE PHYSICAL DEATH !
…..(Called a Living Sacrifice).

This OPTION…REQUIRES..an individual to: Heartfully BELIEVE…
IN the Christ the Lord God Almighty…
AND
FREELY CHOOSE (of his own Heartful Belief) to willingly, Confess a pledge, a submission, a surrender (By his own true word),
OF HIS WHOLE LIFE…body, soul, spirit…Expressly and Only UNTO …
Christ the Lord God Almighty.

(And…FYI…the All Knowing, Christ the Lord God Almighty…WILL test, check YOUR hearts thoughts, your confession BE TRUE or NOT!)

IF your confession BE TRUE…YOU BECOME one WHO…has exercised your FREEWILL TO ONCE and Forever be guaranteed…the Lord God Almighty WILL For Ever be with you…
And you For Ever shall be with the Lord God Almighty…

And…ONCE Mortal manKIND no longer EXISTS upon the face of this Earth…
The WHOLE of you…body, soul, spirit…
SHALL SEE the INVISIBLE God..
AS He IS…
Body, Soul, Spirit.

Glory to God,

You just talked yourself out of being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins.

In the first century, they were talking about the works of the law of Moses. That’s what you are not saved by.

Nowadays, people call it any type of work. It is completely insane what they have done to the Bible. Now you don’t even have to repent. You’re just saved by thinking, which is actually a work.

There’s over 1000 different denominations and counting. The main difference between them and true church of the first century is being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins or not.
Whether they obey Acts 2:38 or not.

All of the other micro doctrines are not relative to salvation.

You are from beneath...

23 And He said to them, “You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”

25 Then they said to Him, “Who are You?”

And Jesus said to them, “Just what I have been saying to you from the beginning.

So, if you disobey Acts 2:38 and you are not baptized for in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins, you can easily be regenerated?
Doesn’t seem very easy to me.
One is regenerated before they water baptized. Thats why they obey, only the regenerate obey spiritual instructions

Of course, remission of sins is by the blood of Jesus Christ . Nobody’s disputing that.

Sure you are, that means all sinners born into the world are already forgiven of all their sins by the blood of Christ.

Religion has snookered you into believing you do not have to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins. I don’t mean to be so rough on you, but I say things because I care. I’m not much of an ear tickler.
Just one simple, logical question from friend to friend… If Peter said, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, then what is the consequence of not being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins? You are correct, you have no remission of sins.

That’s awful, you bury your candidates alive. That must be horrifying to tell them that before you put them down in the name of Jesus Christ. You’re supposed to tell them they are buried with Christ through baptism, then rise to walk a newness of life after baptism. OMG.

The only way to get remission of sins which equates to the animal sacrifices in the Old Testament, becoming Jesus being sacrificed in the New Testament is through baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. You really need to memorize Acts 2:38….

Then Peter said under them repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins…

Back then water baptism was an initial act of Christian obedience for the newly regenerated

Again, everyone Christ died for has had their sins purged away and they are forgiven before they are born Heb 1:3

; 3 who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Purge here means:

  1. a cleansing from the guilt of sins wrought by the expiatory sacrifice of Christ

Thats forgivenss, not guilty ! Do you deny this fact done by Christ Himself ?

It’s clear to me, Satan has blinded the minds…
2 Corinthians 4:3 - But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

1 Corinthians 1:18 - For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. 20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

Romans 1:16 - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. *What happened to baptism?

The only logical conclusion when properly harmonizing scripture with scripture is that faith in Jesus Christ "implied in genuine repentance" (rather than water baptism) brings the remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit (Luke 24:47; Acts 2:38; 3:19; 5:31; 10:43-47; 11:17,18; 15:7-9; 16:31; 26:18). *Perfect Harmony*

The book of Hebrews was not written to sinners. The book of Hebrews was written to those that have already been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of their sins. Question, do you teach the book of Hebrews to sinners?

In Acts 2:38, "for the remission of sins" does not refer back to both clauses, "you all repent" and "each one of you be baptized," but refers only to the first. Peter is saying "repent unto the remission of your sins," the same as in Acts 3:19. The clause "each one of you be baptized" is parenthetical. This is exactly what Acts 3:19 teaches except that Peter omits the parenthesis.

*Also compare the fact that these Gentiles in Acts 10:45 received the gift of the Holy Spirit (compare with Acts 2:38 - the gift of the Holy Spirit) and this was BEFORE water baptism. (Acts 10:47)

Acts 10:43 we read ..whoever believes in Him receives remission of sins. Again, these Gentiles received the gift of the Holy Spirit - Acts 10:45 - when they believed on the Lord Jesus Christ - Acts 11:17 - (compare with Acts 16:31 - Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved) BEFORE water baptism - Acts 10:47. This is referred to as repentance unto life - Acts 11:18.

Like I said, Dan, this is evidence of your confusion. The reason you do not believe that you have to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins is because God will not let you. You are part of the blind souls on the Earth.

Oh, the irony. You really need to meditate on 2 Corinthians 4:3,4.
