How many words a minute can you type? Or are you using your computer to type? Heck, you are a speedy one!
And how much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a would chuck could chuck wood .
Lol .
How much truth can a man attain without GOD , if a man could attain truth without HIM . answer NONE .
So whom should we believe on , answer ONLY ONE
THE SON . hope you enjoy part of that rhyme
cause surely its late and surely its time
FOLKS return to the bible and heed them words
and not rather the strange brown words of men which is but turds .
enjoy that rhyme too .

Exactly. If you put some thought into your posts instead of saying the same empty things over and over again, you would find that your content would lessen...much to the relief of those who love the truth here.
seems to me those who have ears can understand what i say epi . ITS you who dont

ex and actly . We cant do squat , really even know squat , WITHOUT HIM , HIS SPIRIT .
For even HE drew us to CHRIST , even HE put the desires to please GOD upon our hearts .
As i love to say about the only thing we can attain too without him
Is what we first attained too without HIM . FAILURE , DARKNESS , LIES and more lies .
for by the carnal mind , well it cannot recieve the things of GOD now can it .
Something we might want to remind mr epi about . HE seemeth to think one can pick up his own cross
without having to First BELIEVE ON HE WHO WAS CRUCIFIED on SAID CROSS . AND BELEIVE YOU ME
i wont be heeding such men . PEROID .
--and I have no interest in Epi and his modern gospel--which reminds me, time for my workout, squats and hamstring.

Believers are called to live in harmony with their new nature and to be open to the Spirit’s leading, but they do not control or dictate how the Spirit operates. Correct?
No it is not for us to control or dictate to Him, isn't that what I've been saying? :)........the Lord does as He wills, often spontaneously........but also, we certainly may ask Him, in general terms or specific. We certainly may present our requests to God........and if we ask according to His will He will give us what we ask.

From the throats of many comes the tombs of the dead .
they mouth be naught but an open tomb
that speaks but death but do all to make it appear so beautiful on the oustide
yet within them hearts and out of them mouths they bellow death to this people .

In the realm of truth, a question we ponder,
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck, we wonder.
But let’s shift the verse to a more pressing plight,
How much truth can a man grasp without divine light?

The answer’s as clear as the bright morning sun,
None can attain truth without the Father’s Son.
So whom should we trust in this quest for the true?
Only the Son, the Savior, whose grace we pursue.

So heed this advice, as the night time does creep,
Return to the Bible, its wisdom to keep.
For the words of mere men are but fleeting and vain,
While God’s Holy Word brings eternal gain.

So let’s cherish these lines, as the day turns to night,
And seek the truth’s path, guided by holy light.

Lol! How's THAT for a poem! Could preach a sermon, I think.

How do you keep from getting sore tendons and liagments . DO you do light workouts or etc .
Here's what I'm doing--and many forget! Warm ups!

Warm-Up
A thorough warm-up prepares your body for exercise and increases blood flow to the muscles and connective tissues.

Dynamic Stretching: Perform dynamic stretches like leg swings, arm circles, and torso twists to activate the muscles and joints.
Light Cardio: Engage in 5-10 minutes of light cardiovascular exercise such as brisk walking, jogging, or cycling to increase your heart rate and body temperature.
2. Strength Training
Building strength in the muscles surrounding tendons and ligaments can help reduce the risk of injury.

Exercise Selection: Focus on compound movements that work multiple muscle groups, such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows.
Progressive Overload: Gradually increase the weight or resistance used in your exercises to challenge your muscles and tendons without overloading them suddenly.
Repetitions and Sets: Perform 3-4 sets of 8-12 repetitions for each exercise, adjusting based on your fitness level and goals.
3. Flexibility and Mobility Work
Improving flexibility and mobility can enhance the range of motion and reduce stiffness in tendons and ligaments.

Static Stretching: After workouts, stretch major muscle groups with static stretches. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds to improve flexibility.
Foam Rolling: Use a foam roller to perform self-myofascial release, targeting areas of tightness or soreness in the muscles and connective tissues.
4. Functional Exercises
Incorporate exercises that mimic everyday movements and improve functional strength.

Balance Training: Use balance boards or perform single-leg exercises to enhance proprioception and strengthen stabilizing muscles.
Plyometrics: Include low-impact plyometric exercises like box jumps or hop drills to improve explosive strength and agility.
5. Recovery and Rest
Allowing adequate recovery time is crucial for tendon and ligament health.

Rest Days: Incorporate at least one or two rest days per week to allow muscles and tendons to recover.
Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to support overall recovery and repair processes.
Hydration and Nutrition: Stay hydrated and consume a balanced diet rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals to support tendon and ligament health.
6. Injury Prevention
Adopt practices to prevent overuse and injury.

Proper Technique: Ensure proper form and technique during exercises to avoid undue stress on tendons and ligaments.
Gradual Progression: Increase the intensity and volume of your workouts gradually to avoid sudden strain on your connective tissues.
Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to signs of discomfort or pain and modify exercises as needed. Avoid pushing through pain, as it may lead to injury.
Example Workout Routine
Warm-Up:

5 minutes of light cardio (e.g., brisk walking or cycling)
Dynamic stretches (e.g., leg swings, arm circles)
Strength Training:

Squats: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Bench Press: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Rows: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Flexibility and Mobility:

Static Stretching: Hamstrings, quads, chest, and back stretches, holding each for 20-30 seconds
Foam Rolling: Spend 1-2 minutes on major muscle groups
Functional Exercises:

Single-Leg Balance: 2 sets of 30 seconds per leg
Box Jumps: 2 sets of 10 repetitions (modify height as needed)
Cool Down:

5 minutes of light stretching and deep breathing
Conclusion
By following this plan and incorporating these practices into your routine, you can help prevent soreness and maintain the health of your tendons and ligaments. Always consult with a fitness professional or healthcare provider to tailor exercises to your specific needs and conditions.

At my age I'm going heavy, and break the rules of "warm ups" I have my own homemade gym.

Mega Churches fleecing God's flock yet our Lord do not despise small beginnings-

Zechariah 4:10:
"For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth."

This verse highlights that small beginnings are not to be overlooked. God's work is seen even in the early, seemingly insignificant stages.
Matthew 13:31-32:
"Another parable He put forth to them, saying: ‘The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.’"

This parable illustrates how something very small, like a mustard seed, can grow into something substantial and impactful.
Luke 16:10:
"He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much."

Faithfulness in small matters is crucial and can lead to greater responsibilities and opportunities.
1 Corinthians 1:27-29:
"But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are— that no flesh should glory in His presence."

God often uses what the world considers insignificant to achieve His purposes, emphasizing that small beginnings are valued in His plan.
Principles and Encouragement
God’s Faithfulness: Starting small does not diminish the value or potential of the endeavor. God honors faithfulness and perseverance, even in the initial stages of a project or calling.

Growth Through Process: Just as a mustard seed grows into a large tree, small beginnings have the potential to grow into significant outcomes. It is essential to remain patient and trust in the process.

Divine Perspective: God sees the potential and significance in small beginnings that might be overlooked by others. He is able to multiply and bless the humble starts.

Personal Development: Small steps in faithfulness, diligence, and obedience are foundational for larger achievements and responsibilities. Each small step is part of the broader journey of growth and impact.

Encouragement in Persistence: The Bible encourages persistence and trust in God’s timing. Small beginnings are not final outcomes but steps toward greater things that God has planned.

Prayer and Reflection
A prayer reflecting this sentiment might be:

“Lord, I thank You for the small beginnings in my life and work. Please grant me patience and faithfulness as I start small, knowing that You see the potential and purpose in every step. Help me to trust Your timing and to remain diligent in my efforts, confident that You can bring great things out of humble starts. Amen.”

Embracing the idea that small beginnings are valued and that God can bring about great results from them can provide encouragement and motivation as you pursue your goals and callings.

Amen.
