Until all the liberal networks report this as being fact... he's not stepping down.
It’s saying online that an announcement will be made on Sunday - nothing is coming through on our news channels , pretty it would be the main news headline if it was official. We have got conflicting headlines at the moment, one that he is considering it and another saying he is staying !!!!!

If Biden refrains from being reelected, that means stepping down and let another person run for president. If Biden dies, Kamila would be sworn in as president until the election. All Biden has to say is he not running for reelection and let another be nominated to run on the democratic ticket.
So who decides who takes his place and how is it done ( in the UK it would be other MP’s within a party that would vote who would lead )

In the Democratic convention. All 50 states and voting territories, will have representatives (electors). Each elector stands with his group next to a flag representing their state. Each state will be called on and they will announce their vote for president. They will then add up all the votes and the winner takes all. If there is a tie, the candidates lobby (talk to the electors) to get their support.

PS: - If members are praying for the Salvation of Joe, then perhaps it is also pertinent for members to be also praying for the salvation of Donald.

If at least 30 democrats leaders have put forward their thoughts about wanting him to step down, why can they not have a vote of no confidence - does that exist within the political parties ?

Yeah and Biden came out Sat. morning and denied this.
But even if he does, the possible replacements stand about the same chance of being elected. If they let Kamala debate Trump, her ratings will sink lower than Bidens did! She is very ignorant.
