The States deadlines are nearly all 6 weeks before election.
Agree obama was not Constitutionally qualified…the accusations and grounds regarding the months long buzz about his birth-certificate were deflections from the literally non-spoken issue of Constitutionality. Republican failure.

I believe that IS the rule, regarding a VP who decides to campaign.
If she decides to not campaign…(which I would suggest the likelihood of pressure to stop / quit)… the campaign funds can be legally dispersed out to other avenues.

I would think it risky to slander and defame the character of MO.
She's certainly qualified to run for president being she'd naturally have BO as her shadow and making for his 4th term.
However, I wouldn't think her public figure status insures she cannot file a lawsuit against the falsehood regarding her gender.
Moving back to the POTUS possibility, whom would she choose as VP?
Now watch,I ask that and the answer turns out to be Ilhan Omar!
